Ishu-worry behavior

I just want to know why Ishwari behavior is like that. She is way too much to tolerate. Completely trying to control someone’s live. Making it seem she is the better mother and not Sona. Not understanding anything. I mean why???

Honestly,I have seen moms like Ishwary but since this is a show makers go little overboard with her reactions. She doesn’t have any bad intentions but I would call it a generation gap. After so much struggle she got whatever she has today, she feels proud about that and doesn’t want to lose them. If you see her actions from a mother’s perspective you would relate to her (obviously not justifiable) , if you see from Sonakshi’s point of view she is correct too and that’s what I like about this show. Sometimes just saying yes to elders doesn’t hurt them and you will be at peace too, later on you can explain them that was not right which exactly Dev did today.

I did too much preaching 😂😂😂 but I’m saying this because I am rewatching seasons and found many similar incidents from my life and finally felt happy that I didn’t create any scenes. 😜🤣

Ishu-worry could be a narcissistic parent. 😆 Many of her signs match.. esp possessiveness, guilt trip and her belief that she is world's best mother..

My mom is a cool mother and a very warm grandma. But some of her behaviour matches Iswari. Me and my brother are succesful in our life ..Yes its absolutely because of her sacrifices and parenting. We agree every ounce of that but what irks us is she thinks she is the best parent and preaches about parenting everywhere she goes😀 .And boasting about us too. Many of our relatives glare at us when she does this. Even now our children too frustated of the comparison. I was many a times in the same situation as sonakshi today, watching helplessly when she taunts our children or bribes them to do things on her way... we love her so much..but no one dares to correct her .. 😊

Sona was so so right when she told that you want Dev to give the love back in the same amount and confessed that she doesn't want to be ishwari 2.0 nor make her son dev 2.0. There's nothing wrong in Dev, he actually tries to be a good hubby, father and a son but he overlooks many of issue-worry's faults because of her sacrifices

Parents sacrifice a lot for their children and we should respect them and love them for that.

That day i was thinking about it then i realized that ishwari is uneducated and was a house maid for most of her life.. she never got a chance to get broad minded via education or learn from society that how to treat people as she was busy working for others..

Ok before you bash me but I think even Sona is wrong sometimes. The way she said to Ishwari-" I don't want Ayush to become Dev 2.0". I agree every child is different and not a complete shadow of parents but this statement is offensive. What if Ishwari has said same to Sona-" I don't want my grandchildren to be like you".Dev has lots of flaws but he has good qualities too which he learned from his mother too. In parenting, every parent has different style/ strategy and no parent is wrong. So if Ishwari pointing out Sona's parenting is wrong then even Sona shouldn't do that. I also agree that Ishwari shouldn't have changed Ayush's name before consulting Dev and Sona but that doesn't mean Dev should confront his mother and scold her or fight with her. The only person who is trying really hard to balance relationships is Dev. Yet he is blamed everytime sometimes goes wrong.

I would usually dismiss Ishwari's behaviour (in this season) to protectiveness (sometimes possessiveness), love and concern because intentions are always good.

But changing Ayush's name while hiding it from his parents was WRONG. Trying to turn him into a mini dev is WRONG.

I have never liked her character but I absolutely love Supriya Gor she is a fantastic actor 👏
