Dev and Sona across the room

Sooo we had such a momentous episode today. Soha seemed genuinely happy to see ayush come back. I repeat again I think they will have a beautiful bond. The dev and ayush scene has my hearttt. How innocently ayush asked that if he and Dev are alike, why couldn't Dev understand him? I hope Dev actually dwells on this question, because Sona has repeatedly tried to draw his attention to this. On the other hand, Sona actually took her time to make a connection with ayush and the hospital canteen scene was proof. And that smile, when she saw her house happy at ayush's return and soha taking him to their room!

But also I felt equally important for us was the moment when Dev and Sona are across the room, watching over their family relieved and happy. Similarly, was the moment when Dev had returned with the news of Ayush not returning. That moment when they were quiet and in pain, but putting Ishwari to sleep and covering her with a blanket. They give me a man and woman of the household feels, as the couple who takes care of the entire family, watches over them, takes care of their needs. Might that be the reason that they have grown apart? That they have lost the way to share their burdens with each other? They are always taking care of the others right?

I hope they explore this story and slowly reveal the reasons for this difference.
