Hi,

My post was not to spread negativity just trying to understand why the portrayal seems to be different..you are correct maybe we should give this show the benefit of the doubt

I am not saying you are spreading negativity...how many episodes happened and why we are judging it so brutally is my question..so many illogical itv shows are there ..why only krpkab is held for such strict puritan standards..just because its previous seasons were good ( we weren't satisfied that time too) or we feel krpkab should be different from other ITV shows and we feel entitled to judge it such a way ...

I feel Durjoy isnt on board because of such obsessed fans otherwise he has good relations with the producers

Is the channel fool to bring back the show knowing it may succeed or not ..I mean its not a week and fans are behaving as if they are tolerating this show since months .

if we are so much concerned we should strive to change entire trp and ITV system

Why put the burden to be the best show by magnifying its short comings and ignoring its good points.

Everything you mentioned.

1. The channel or producers wanted to make a new season most probably just to encash its original popularity. They got the plan rolling before they could come up with a good story.

2. New writers. Who either haven't gone through the previous seasons episodes or doesn't care much to synch with them. High on creative adrenaline, wanting to make new history. Ending up only to rewrite history, thus nullifying a lot of the original essence. Either that or they are creatively bankrupt & pushing in cliche twists to fill the deficiency of a solid story and changing/manipulating previous details to mask their incompetent writing.

3. Making a subtle, realistic drama most probably was not even a plan this time. Sony too wants trp & thus the mission is to make a high voltage trp drama this time. Using KRPKAB because Devakshi already have an existing fanbase, so they don't have to start from the scratch. With time, they are hopeful trp audience will hop in too.

Actors are doing good job with whatever they are being provided imo.

This is a forum for "discussing" the show. What do you want people to do here?

Some are liking it, some are not. Some are praising it, some are criticising it. In a tiny forum which majority of the people don't even know exists. This is not an official handle of the channel or the PH. Nay saying here hardly matters.

People are just expressing what they are genuinely feeling. That's what the forum is for.

Yes thats what I am talking about..why the burden should be on krpkab and Sony to change the entire business model of ITVs..what about other big fish..we are becoming so frustrated that we arent praising the good points in the show ..we are doing what even rival fandoms wont do.

Change wont come just by criticism of krpkab..

Trash Shows run till eternity and good shows are held to strict puritanical tests ..its not fair.

No one said that Sony or KRPKAB should be bringing some revolution to ITV. They are free to do whatever they like.

But KRPKAB, on its own, had set a different standard with its previous seasons & that's why fans (the ones in this forum) loved it. Had S1 & S2 too was dramatic & like other tv shows, no one would have batted an eye seeing this S3. The difference between the previous seasons & this season is striking and no one expected that. Fans kept some high expectations from it which it failed to deliver. So it's natural fans are disappointed.

No one said other shows are very good. There are shows where bahus turn into flies & snakes... they are horrible if you ask me. But we don't watch those shows & so not emotionally invested in them. Why should we talk about them? We don't care about them that's why we don't discuss them. Simple!🤷🏻

I was just stating what I felt. I do not like your use of the word obsessed fans. We are also fans of a show which we loved for its nice portrayal so are back and have some expectations. All I wanted was to put forth my opinions and thoughts and I think everyone should have the freedom to do so

Peace out
