Suhana got exchanged in the hospital - Page 2

This doesn't really make any sense. After that 7 years leap, Suhana was shown too much like a mix of Devakshi to make it any other way now.

While her resemblance with Sonakshi can still be justified since Sonakshi brought her up & so she's bound to pick up some of her personality traits, but how do you explain her similarity with Dev?

Suhana didn't know Dev for the first 6 years of her life. Yet she had inherited the way Dev used to talk. The very introduction scene of her had the dialogue "Socho agar main waise wali daughter hoti toh?". That had left even Sonakshi unsettled. She even had the same taste in food like Dev. That infamous besan ka halwa addiction.

Even it looked like Suhana being so attached to Sonakshi, in Asha's language she being her "Mamma ki poonj" was a character trait that she inherited from Dev.

Now after all these they want to tell us that Suhana isn't Devakshi's daughter? How all of the above stuffs were possible if she didn't inherit Dev's gene? If the makers now turn all of that a long series of coincidences & of no significant importance, they would be completely ruining half of the first season.

Even though the baby swapping track itself is so overdramatic & un-KRPKAB-ish.... still it would have been acceptable had they pulled it off with Shubh. Shubh was a newborn baby & his origin could be changed. But Suhana has too much history in record to change her story now.

I watched the press conference & the Pattnaiks & the writer seemed pretty excited & confident about the story they wanted to tell. I can't imagine they were so confident of something like this. 🤦🏻 I was excited seeing the promos, was hoping for a mature story. Thought they are going to show midlife crisis & break the stereotype of happily ever after. Now I don't know what to expect anymore.

But how comes it's possible I can't understand🤔

Didn’t Sonakshi deliver Soha in Calcutta? She had moved there with her entire family after the separation. At least that was what was shown to us. Then how did the baby exchange happen in Delhi ?

Also, it was really dumb to show baby exchange happening in this day and age in a private hospital. The minute you have the baby, they tell you if it’s a boy or girl. Even assuming Sona was under anaesthesia, the doctor would inform the family members waiting outside. So this made zero sense, and was not a good start for a serial that prides itself on realism.

Remember Suhaana saying how she looks like her father ..EVen when the child was selected they all talked about how she looks like Shaheer.. This is such an underwhelming and irritating twist that leaves a bitter taste considering the trio were loved and with Shubh coming in it all became such beautiful..

Also Asha Maa was the backbone for Sonakshi and the only sane person in the whole show. Her character was always written perfectly. Its sad to see her being dead in this season. Itna reality show mei nahi hi acha lagta hai, when life anyway is showing you damn good realities...

Looks like season 3 has awakened the ekta Kapoor in the patnaiks🤣🤣

P.S - is durjoy Dutta not writing the show?

Is this really a finite series? Did the PH already say that?

I was confused seeing Shaheer shooting for another show as a lead and was wondering how he'd manage both.

No..there was no mention by the PH..but prerna(Elina) said so. And I think Shaheer's other show will be of 15-20 episodes only

I am confused, the actress who plays Elina, specified that KRPKAB is a finite show? Sony has become SP and colors sautan these days. Just abruptly ending it's shows. They ruined Beyhadh.

I think these days, Sony does not depend on online trps.

Prerna mentioned something like this in her live chat. But I am not sure she exactly specified it being a finite series. I think somehow her words have been misinterpreted. I watched in a video that she said something like writers change ho gaye hai so we do not have many episodes. That was back when they were shooting in Siliguri. It can also mean that at that time the episode writing was still in progress & they do not have a sizeable episode bank, yet.

If this is a finite show, meant to last just few weeks, isn't Sony spending too much on its promotion? Way more than they should for a short series. Also, Erica used to do a lot of Insta live chats and never revealed its duration. Whenever asked anything about KRPKAB3 she always she cannot reveal as she is supposed to be tight lipped about it. So I doubt Prerna was given the freedom to reveal a vital information like that.

Also season 2 promos used to specifically mention "Agle 6 hafte dekhie......". This time they are presenting it like any other show's promos.

Shaheer even said in some interview (With SBS I think) that originally it was supposed to be an webseries but on ott episodes would have been limited & they couldn't have told the story they want to tell properly. That's why it was shifted to tv like a normal show.

So my guess is Prerna said something about not having enough episodes but most probably her words were interpreted differently than she meant, fans went straight to panick mode & spread it like a virus. Sony maybe want to run it like a full fledged show....but of course they will monitor the trp & will pull it off or give extentions depending upon its performance.

The show started on a very dramatic note & that makes me think they are eager to lure in the trp audience. If it was a finite series, they would have kept it simpler & focused on Devakshi's midlife crisis in a relatable way.
