Episode 1: Ayushman Aapka Beta Hai

Finally first episode aa gaya!

Aur first episode me hi bada dhamaka! 😱

Ayushman is Devakshi's son!

I did not see that coming!

But Sonakshi, Dev, Ishwari, Natasha inn sabko dekhke I felt so nostalgic.

Kitna achha laga. I'm so glad ki they started the show again.

Mujhey achha laga that unhoney Ishwari aur Sona ko best of friends nahin banaya. Achha relationship hai but woh chotti disagreements abhi bhi clearly dikha rahey hai. Jaise reality mai hota hai.

Aur Sonakshi aur Dev ke struggles to be good parents along with good partners bhi dikha rahey hai. Approach pasand aya mujhey.

But ek baat ka bada dukh hua. Asha 😭 Asha meri favourite thi show meye! I wish woh phirse aa sakti for this season. :(

Anyway, overall I'm glad ki humlog phirse Devakshi ki life dekh pa rahey hai.

Let’s see Ayushman ke liye how things unfold.

I literally had a smile the entire time. I loved the concept and their approach of a couple, married for 9 years, so successful in their careers and struggling to make time for each other while taking out time for family. Its the most realistic thing possible.Plus Dev and Sona look gorgeous.

I loved the scene where Dev understood Sona is upset about paratha and chose to have poha instead.

Asha maa dying is the saddest part. She was the only sane person last season and Sona's backbone.

What I didn't like was the child swapping part. I know it's just the first episode but I really wish they hadn't taken this cliche route.

1st epi mai hi bomb phod diya. I am glad they didn't dragged, but hope they take this matter sensibly. They must do some investigation before reaching to conclusion.

Overall its a nice start.

N yes i miss Asha too. Hopefully munmun maám would have joined. But alas.

And yes. Asha really was a strong support system for Sona. I hope we get an in depth look into Sona's struggles when she lost her. Instead a two second shot of her picture up on the wall.

Lastly yeah that child swapping part is a cliche melodramatic route. But lets hope they handle it well. With a few life lessons thrown in.

It was a very good start for the new season. Liked the episode. It was very realistic. The growing distance between them was shown. Sonakshi not knowing about Dev not having coffee anymore and Dev also commenting that he did not know about her turning vegan for one month.

So Ayushman is Devakshi's son. Will he be coming and living with them? Will Devakshi be parents of three children now? I feel they could have shown more about Devakshi and Sona Ishwari relationship for first few episodes and then this Ayushman truth could have come out.
