Also I don't know how much of this is true but adding to what sun mentioned, I think his family was sick of the rumors and disapproved of the relationship. To the point that they were actively looking to get him married and Ifrah apparently confirmed to a fan that Shah will soon be getting married to an Indian girl. One of his earlier fans shared this with me and I even saw that conversation on twitter back then but I have no clue if that fan was making it up or it was true. And this convinced them all the more that DB one was just a rumor

Until Sha dropped the bomb of course. His family was completely against it and it was pretty obvious. Which is probably why they were actively pushing for ShaRica in a way. Because they were probably forever under the fear that he would remain a bachelor or end up bringing a videshi bahu 😆 But then of course like they always say man proposes and god disposes so we can't really make anything happen. If it's meant to be it will happen :)

shaheer is not going to do any such thing ,he only reacts to break up news...and you have no idea what happened in the past right??so let me tell you the story 😆😆

in the infamous year of 2015 ,around march his and DB rumors were very strong and so was the yucky PDA which he called good friends and friendship and nothing more...his fans were angry at him and the rumors doing the round irked them even more..so shaheer gets to his sns and puts note for his dear birdies...that these are rumors and trust him not to believe them ...and this note is different from the one he puts post break up...ofcourse every fan was super happy and they even termed it as gimmick ..and sha continued with his PDA and his fans saying he is doing gimmick for the channel..untill a month later when ANTV forced it out of him that he and DB are in a relationship...why do you think his eactualx fans do not believe anything he says..why do you think that inspite of him claiming he is single they still bash erica ...coz once bitten twice shy ..even if he puts note no one is going to believe him coz he would be doing exactly opposite to what he claims

When I earlier saw his pda videos, initially I found it cute (dont hit me for this, I didnt know the entire scenario then and I didnt ship ShaRica too😆), I usually find PDA;s cute but in a limited way😊 But these videos came in my suggestions more and then it turned annoying

Anyways, I also went on thinking how come Shaheer has this different persona there and it doesnt look like he will change his whole personality given the ziddi baccha that he is😛

When I saw the other indo people's posts I realized that yeh toh kuch bhi nahi hain and the things that he did was well less as compared. Makes me think that to fit in the industry, he compelled to this. I mean ofcourse he is an adult but still 😊

she is miffed with the long distance and strangers poking nose into her personal space...and it is natural ...but as you said even then she knew and said the same..he was very hardworking...awww

and she is genuinely happy right now and we know if she is upset then she does not even pretend other wise ..her whole US trip...so hopefully these dark clouds clear and a bright day arrives soon..

it was one big hungama..he even told his family she is just a friend...and did the grave mistake of taking on to sns and saying all this is rumors and nothing else...yes even i read about the marriage thing..aysha fans bashed him at that point for using DB apparently and ex fans super happy 😆untill he dropped the bomb...

and abou erica..it is him who has pulled her into his family rather than his family pushing him onto her...coz as per his jan 2016 interview he does not want to commit the same mistake of choosing the wrong girl..hence make sure that your parents are involved from the start...love makes you blind and only they can see the truth ..exact words 😆

Woah! That's some revelation. His family would definitely be shipping him much harder with Erica than perhaps even us then haha. It's a reassuring thought but yeah, it does depend on the man himself to propose (before God even has a chance to mull over disposing haha) and choose for himself if he's marrying the girl his family loves and approves of even if it was his choice in the first place. But it would truly be a wonderful union seeing how they seem so compatible and have families that are ao supportive and in favor of it all happening.

His family obviously knew. And hated it but Shaheer was beyond reasoning at that point. And he is that kind of a person. 100 people can tell him he is doing the wrong thing and he will still obstinately do what he wants. It's both a good and bad quality to have. Even now though he learnt his lesson, he is not the kind to change his decisions for his family. Otherwise he wouldn't be working this way or not think of getting married. I think his family has understood this and let's him be because there is no point fighting it or forcing him into something. I know i sound like a mohalley wali aunty but all this should be fine so long as he doesn't regret it 10 years down the line. And am not saying this as a shipper. Just a general statement because regret is the worst thing in the world :)
