Interestingly this lady follows both Eri and Shaheer on IG.

seems like she watches krpkab..or came to know shaheer after Google erica ..did she following her recently or earlier as well?

I don't know when she followed them. They are the only Indian TV celebrities she follows, I think.
I don't know if KRPKAB aired in Bhutan or not.
I actually went one step ahead and my shipper mind wondered if she met them both.

Chances are she followed them both from before and that's why she came across her Bhutan post and commented.
