Not merely staring-admiring ..
appreciating..
acknowledging..
His grey eyes..
No hazel eyes..
Hmm light brown eyes..
Loll It would take her life time to identify which color they are?
But she has any complaints in that time lapse? -no.absolutely not.
Actually his orbs were mystic..
She many times surprisingly peered into them when his eyes reflected'her' colors...
If she wore anything blue the orbs of him turned into a deep ocean blue..In that she would happily drown and will never try to make a escape...
If her dress was green his orbs became dense forest green where she liked to miss her ways and wander aimlessly throughout her life,..
If she wore anything red-his eyes turned into two forbidden apples which tempted Eve to have it against God's will..
Saurabh dada said something showing my childhood pictures- for that Dev laughed..
Throwing his head back and it was a hearty laugh..
His silky hairs swayed and some curls fell on his forehead and it gave him a boyish look..
Sonakshi gave a relieved sigh on seeing his laugh finally reached his eyes now. From the day of aunty's hospitalization Dev became worn out and his eyes showed only one expression-one color..
'Worried and black'..
Today all the stunts at the police station exhausted her but she was thankful for that situation which brought back 'happy- carefree' Dev and his eyes regained their colors.. The colours of her love-
The colours of her life...
And his eyes expressed his inner emotions too.
Whenever he saw her his eyes would soften and became warm grey.
When he would tease her they become dark and a mischievous glint plays in them..
When he would laugh at some of her silly jokes and crazy antics his orbs glitter with sunshine yellow color that would enough to brighten her whole world..
And sonakshi desperately wanted to see his eyes now as he was helplessly scratching his head and thinking deeply 'what to answer' to her baba's radar question session.
As if sensing her eyes on him - Dev looked up and saw his Kharghosh tasting her gajar ka halwa with a teasing and challenging smile playing on her lips.
Oh how he craved to swipe that smile with his lips...
"Dev,did you think about the answer? Masho is going to finish his call" Elena reminded him ...
The whole family of boses sitting around their dining table with delicious food waiting to be savored but bijoy's question stopped them.
"Dev! Elena! I called Ganesh Shop when it is getting late.He said his shop is closed.where were you all? "
Dev and Elena looked at each other and gave a 'kids got caught while stealing candies' expression.
Sona smiled evily and thought "you both deserve it. In car both are teasing me non stop. Now suffer"
Bijoy got a call and thus by God's Grace Dev and elena got some time to form a suitable excuse to seal the lie said before.
"Why uncle is targeting us only. He didn't ask anything to ur sister?"Dev hissed to elena..
"Oh don't ask. Our Bose family is insane. And your would be father in law is head of this mad family. Whenever sona wears saree he would behave like " today is her 'bidaai' and she will -leave to her sasural -which is in- some unknown -foreign land-and shower her with all his love.. " Elena rolled her eyes and nudged him to look at the opposite direction..
There after ending the call - bijoy fondly adjusting his daughter's repelling hair locks which disturbed her while eating.. She gave him an innocent dazzling smile which multipied the beauty of her already alluring sharp facial features.
For a tiny moment Dev forgot 'the question - answer - everything.. He just wanted to go and hug them both and assure them they won't be separated - he would bring Sona in front of Mr Bose's eyes whenever he wishes to see her ..
"Hmm where are we?" Baba continued his 'India wants to know' question.
"There Arnab Goswami is back" Elena murmured...
" In another mechanical shop"..
"In the police station"..
Dev -elena answered simultaneously but gave two entirely different answers which made all the eyebrows across the table raised..
Dev gestured elena that he would take a lead from there and started explaining with atmost care as if he was explaining a multi crore project to his investors but cleverly skipping the last 'triplets' part..
"Dev thank you so much for helping sonakshi and bringing back her safely" Asha spoke ..
"No no aunty. Why are you thanking me?How could I sit quiet when she was in trouble? I love her so muc..I..I... I mean she is my responsibility.. " the smart boses- not only understood his finished answer but the unfinished one too.
Saurabh leaned towards bijoy and asked"Baba ! Has he passed in this interview?"
"Hmm with flying colours" ..
"Accha how much marks he got? "
" 999 " bijoy announced proudly while Saurabh's mouth opened wide..
"For thousand? "
"No-for 100 " bijoy with his index finger closed his son's mouth while grinning ear to ear.
Saurabh secretly showed his thumbs up to Dev as a success sign. Dev understood and smiled.
"Sona!! Do you know what Dev told to the lady cops about you?" 'Two could play a game my sister.now it's my turn.'Elena thought and fighting hard to hide her smirk and faking serious expression on her face..
The spoon Claterred on the plate with a loud noise followed by the sprouts of cough ...
Asha offering water to Dev -
Bijoy patting his head-
Dadiji rubbing his back -
And sonakshi smiled and captured that scene in her eye-camera ...
Dev 's eye were glistening. Noone knew whether they were because of cough or because of the boses' pure- unadulterated love..
Saurabh raised an eyebrow to elena asking "what am I missing here? "
"Dada.I couldn't wait. These two are so.. So.. cute and adorable. And having them with us is life long entertainment" Elena popped the dessert into her mouth

Ishwari took decisions to educate Dev by suppressing Neha's needs and now her whole family harvesting its fruit.
I took Descions to burn my own house as I no longer want to suffer in the middle class life. Because of that we were in ishwari niwas now. Otherwise my 'mahaan' husband never made attempts to improve our status.
I haven't felt insecurity here till that bangalan came in the scene. Ishwari and her children are bounded to us in invisible iron chain of indebtedness..
But that nutrition was 'over smartness ki dukaan'.. Her hawk eyes never missed anything. She knew about Vicky's bad habits, His lie about study. She saw me taking money from jiji's purse. I am sure one day she could catch my lie too.
I literally hated the place she stood..
But all Dixit people were wrapped under her little finger..
Ishwari was like 'my nutrition wo, my nutrition yeh...
Vicky's papa treated her as his daughter..
Nikki couldn't even function without her even for a day...
And Dev - I knew from the very first day she would trap Dev in her magical web gradually.
And my prediction came true.
She taught him to love..
She taught him to live..
She taught him to laugh..
The outside world knew the mighty -strong business man Dev but I knew the vulnerable boy in him.
But that bangalan not only cured jiji's health but also healed Dev's vulnerability too.
Everytime when jiji's health became worsened -dev would be shattered. He used to run to me and pleaded me to take care of his mother. But this time he stood strong as if he was drawing strength from some invisible source.
He rejected my help at my face, appointed a nurse, and didn't check with me if his ma was taking medicines properly as he usually would do..
I was not as blind as jiji -I knew sonakshi was still in his life. And now I got proof -Vicky brought proof..
Radha rani saw ishwari who was at the dining table - waiting for his son.
"Tch.. Tch.. " Radha rani put a innocent face which would make 'new born ' baby to shame...
"Jiji ! here you are waiting for your son. There that bangalans were planning to make our Dev " ghar jamai"
Her words threw ishwari off guard.
"Bhabhi!! Dev said he has an important meeting. "
"Oh jiji !! Our Dev used to be like Ram. But that doctorini did black magic on him. He started saying lies,hiding things.. gradually our Dev is slipping out of our hand I mean your hand.. " Radha rani said in a low voice while checking the surrounding for her husband.. If he saw -she was adding fuel to his sister's insecurities - he would kill her with his bare hands for sure.
Ishwari hiding her emotions, turned her face away from Radha rani and said, "bhabhi!! Dev could understand my inner feelings without even I word them.. He realized my uncomfortableness in his inclination towards Sonakshi. And I am sure she too realized this. They parted their ways. It's better we all forgot about that phase in dev's life. Everything became similar as before. Dev set everything right. "Ishwari said pressing each and every word..
" jiji. You see what you wanted to see only. I don't know where has my intelligent bhabhi -who took correct decisions in every point of Dev's life gone. Behind your back Dev visiting Her-dining with her family jiji '
"Bhabhi!! I trust my Dev. He will scold if he sees me awaken at this late hours. You too don't waste your time on unwanted things and go to sleep."Ishwari tried to avoid her.
"Gareeb ki Beti' always wishes good for this family. But nobody believe my words. Don't believe my words. At least believe your eyes jiji. "
"Vicky!! Vicky!! . Come on beta.. Show that to bua. "
Vicky readily gave his mobile to ishwari whose face rapidly losing its color and became pale on seeing the mobile screen...

"Take care of my babies" Dev touched her belly caressing it..
"Dev !! Please stop it. " Sona created a distance between them by pushing him by his chest.
Dev grabbed her warm hands and pulled her close "sonakshi when you are blushing you are more beautiful and irresistible. Do you aware of it? " He put his finger below her Chin and raised her face to observe it properly.
He drank her beauty with a parched thirstiness and memorizing every details of her delicate features..
They are near Dev's car.
She was not meeting his eyes. Dev stroked her cheeks enjoying its velvety smoothness and urged her to look at his eyes..
"I want all the three as girls. "
Sonakshi snapped her eyes into his. "No I want one tiny Obhodro. "
"Girl kids are blessings ,sonakshi. Imagine they will be as cute as you. They will wear beautiful new new dresses.They will blush like you. Blabber non stop like you. Boys are boring" dev's eyes are glittering with his above dream..
"No I want a tiny boy with your enchanting eyes- handsome face and he will love me as much as you love your ma"
"Never.. no one can love you more than me.." Dev's mood switched from proud 'would be' father into a possessive lover in a fraction of a second.
Sonakshi laughed "seriously Dev? are you getting jealous with your own son? " she beat his arm playfully..
Dev got lost in her musical giglings.
He dropped the key -sona bent down to take that.Dev too came down and made her come close to him. Hiding themselves behind the car as Elena and saurabh was standing on the other side of the car, Dev cupped her face and kissed her eyes -nose tip..
"Dev we are in the middle of the street" sonakshi squirming in his grip.
"I wish we were in a foreign country. They do everything publicly. " saying this he bent down further to claim her lips.
"Besharm" she put her hand on his lips blocking him from his target.
Dev removed her hand from his - admired her lean long fingers and started kissing one by one ..
'Ahem.. Ahem.. ' two stern voices came from other side of the car. Sonakshi pulled back her hand interrupting Dev's heavenly moment..
"These two are evils.. After marriage you have to pack them to kolkatta. Otherwise our triplets won't be possible. Ok" annoyed Dev stood -pulling up sonakshi with him.
"Haww you are planning to seperate us. ???"
Elena and saurabh pulled sonakshi near them.
Dev pulled her back and gave a wet smooch at the corner of her lips.
Sonakshi stamped his foot became embraced and turned to look at her siblings.
"Elena, what do you think about Delhi's air pollution? "
"Dada what is Salman Khan's next film" they seemed suddenly busy in their talks..
Bose family and their antics..
Dev shook his head in amusement and started his car throwing a flying kiss towards sonakshi.
"Sona go and wipe your face. It is still red.His ma didn't even wanted you in their family photograph but You are blushing as if you are really carrying his babies. " elena teased of course unintentionally and gave a hi-fi to dada.
Sometimes our siblings would turn into a pain in the ass.
Sonakshi felt like a splash of ice water thrown on her..
"It's easy to become a lover. But becoming a daughter-in-law needs lot of efforts"..
" I want my family members only in the frame. She is not yet our family..
"Bhaiya why are you discussing Neha's problem in front of her. I don't want outsiders to gossip about our family problem"..
" ma ,Dev told his grand ma treated you not as daughter-in law but more as a daughter. I too want that love"..
"My sasuma chose me. She has right on my love. I was not seeing her son secretly under her nose"
The words thrown on her -started piercing her little heart.
If Elena and dada left a gap in their laughing spree they would not have missed sona's face losing color and became pale..
The episode ends on Dev who is humming a song while driving back home.A silly grin refused to go away from his face. The screen splits into three and showing- pale faced Ishwari and sonakshi on either side of smiling Dev who is
unaware of his two most important women's disturbed state of mind.
