So, if Eri was not into business and was concentrating only into acting, it would have been still fine if she didn't keep contact with her fans. Because, though some sort of PRO work is needed to survive in the entertainment industry, she still can get chances due to her acting skill. But, that is not the case in business. Especially when you have lots of competition your marketing strategy has to be to that mark and in such a way that you don't loose your existing clients. So, in that respect, Eri not interacting with her fans & wellwishers is not a wise decision at this juncture.
