Just some random thoughts I wanted to get out of my mind!
I see here mainly two opposing views. One which blames Dev for not trying to maintain his relations with his sisters, accusing him of his hipocracy and what not (though how all that could be ascertained from one scene long back and the few minutes of his reactions yesterday is beyond me)! And the other which blames the sisters for not sticking with their brother, being selfish and opportunist and what not (that too with just two conversations). But this is the point that both parties were at fault.
Just as we don't know how exactly dev pushed his sisters away (I have a feeling we now may get some flashbacks from dev's side) nor his seven years in detail...similarly we don't know about how the sisters were treated in that house and how they felt, what drove them so far away. So there is still a lot to explore from both sides and it's still early to judge anyone.
And besides, another point is that it will show how exactly their separation affected dev in what capacity. Her struggle we always have had a bit of idea about and plus she had her family as her backbone while dev was literally left in a vacuum. So sona needs to understand this she so do his sisters. Now how the sisters will I don't know but I feel we may have dev sona conversation today. Because after dev goes to meet nikki... Whatever may happen whether he gets angry, she gets angry, or they actually talk... He is sure to share it with sona. So I am actually looking forward to an emotional talk. Let's see whether we get it today!
That's why waiting for TOI spoilers!
And eagerly and desperately for the episode!

Frankly my take on all this is "It takes two hands to clap" and the same hold true for relationships as well, only Dev or for that matter only the sisters cannot be blamed for it. Both are responsible for it.
Dev and Sonakshi seem to have understood it with respect to their relationship. Also Ishwari to some extent has understood it as well but right now only with respect to Dev and Sonakshi, she needs to understand where she went wrong with respect to her daughters as well. And the same holds true for the daughters as well.

For once I want Dev and Sonakshi to take a back seat and let the sisters take there decisions but be in the background to support them if they go wrong and it's OK to do mistakes, only then you learn.

Just my POV, no offence.

PS- In all this I feel if somehow the acts of EX-GKB and her RED are exposed it will help in reducing the misunderstanding to some extent. I seriously hope that happens".

Yasho- I do blame Dev for hypocricy, because my current life is thriving in open communication and non-judgemental environment. Hence I feel a man who indulged in relationships with random women, should not speak derisively about another. But then, he is an older brother and he feels he retains that authority.
Also a man like Dev who is so protective of the women in his family, this reaction from him was normal and expected.
I feel he will soon come around and be more open to Nikki's relationship status.

However, I also blame sisters for ditching him when he was at his lowest. they should have strived hard to keep the family intact in times of crisis

Dixits are selfish people.
When mother son were in depression , sister's were shopping. I think.
Both we're at fault.
