You might wonder what made me write this topic...well...let me not keep you ppl guessing...its because I found "PASSION" missing betwn Dev and Sonakshi . This was my problem from the day they got married. Prior to their marriage there was some scenes which showed passion...( Dhin bright kara do, and the way he came close to her and put his hand on her shoulders to prove that his presence did make a diff )At that point in time I thought after marriage we might see more...but I was sadly wrong because it just reduced. In season 2 for me the only passionate moment that I thought was good and acted well...was when she ..was tying that tie and the way he looked at her and caressed her face on the pretext of moving her face. He just couldnt keep his hands away from her...

Now that they are back...I understand that they are relieved to be together and yesterday that scene was very logical ...the way she slept peacefully on his shoulder...and he just couldnt contain his happines..but there was one thing that was missing its passion...they could have shown him looking at her with passion at least for few seconds...

Intimacy, comittment and passion are the 3 vertex of relationships golden triangle ..intimacy need not be physical it can also be emotional...commitment also signfies trust , acceptance ...and passion is the driving force for stability of a relationship...its this passion that is missing betwn Dev and Sonakshi. This is making their romance not very realistic. I am not saying they should show some B grade intimacy on the screen..but they should look like husband and wife. This look only comes when they discuss problems of their house ...like when they were discussing the key issue...but it was missing when they were sitting near the window...they looked like friends...I understand the hesitance to get intimate after so many years of separation...but what about passion in the eyes...sadly missing !! And what felt worst was her thought to solve his house problem when he himself didnt show an interest...it has to be initiated by him. The logic she uses to substantiate her action is , he will not be complete with out his family and hence wont be able to move on...I dont think it is right because if he didnt want to move on ...why is he there with her.. least bothered abt his sisters?? Just wondering why are they not showing that passion in romance betwn them...their bedroom scenes are always the worst shown among all the serials...I mean after marriage who will sleep far from your spouse?? And yesterday they didnt want to show a bedroom scene..but it was needed too...and hence sitting sleeping on shoulder scene...instead of showing them sleeping hugging each other... 🤣I find this rather immature approach...and this is one part in the serial where realism fails miserably ..😆 So my question to all my friends ...Is passion required betwn husband and wife ??

Krpkab cvs answer for your question -- ur question hurts me 🤣...
Look u r talking about a sanskari serial...so no passion required for Devakshi...if they can show ROFL lip lock scene then plz I really don't want to see any passion between the leads...I'm okay with the scenes we are getting 😆 ...I loved their passionate hug n forehead kiss rather than that stupid shimla honeymoon...
P. S--if you get offended by the above said then plz contact to krpkab team Bz they are solely responsible for the above
😆 ...mera koi hath ni h isme

Passion does not require physical intimacy. I mean s2 there were lot of scenes where they have shown the passionate love between them. Long eye locks, their passionate fights and that summer camp scene in forest. For me pure passion is more of a need from the soul rather than physical attraction.
Dev especially thru his eyes has conveyed his love for her. Yesterday I guess the scene was because they wanted to show that they are not consummation the marriage today.

For two love birds, who are intensely in love, passion definitely comes...it is a natural thing...for devakshi, as u said, this passion is very rarely felt..

can't say about the first season but I find this lack of passion completely justified
for the passion to be present there has to be no filters but here Dev is not interested to reveal his past whereas Sona is hellbent on knowing it. Till the time they both don't come clean to each other the passion will always get replaced by guilt( Dev) and curiosity( Sona)

Aswathy... is tht even a question?. Of course passion is an integral part of life. I may sound contradictory with myself whn i say... i can understand the plight of these two who hve come together after 7 long yrs... who are taking it slow.. but atleast thy could hve shown tht the couple hve thought abt the intimacy by some private/meaningful touch nd leave it at tht.
But beware devakshi.. if u two continue to be platonic after certain time i will personally bang both ur heads. Patience ki bhi hadh hoti hai.
