I am really getting sick of seeing the way these writers are cleaning dirt of other characters on this guy's name every single time.

Nitu and Latha, in the episode with Kushal proposal getting cancelled, Bijoy says something to Sonakshi. I don't remember the complete dialogue, but in it Bijoy says that he had covered the diamond with mud without realizing it's value. That he didn't know that he had a diamond in his hand. He also says that Sonakshi will get the best husband. This is exactly where the story is progressing. Dev came to know Sonakshi's struggles in one go and he can very easily feel it and correct it as he knows how to deal with pain and also has no ego to admit his mistakes. But both Sonakshi and Bijoy are not like that. Till now they think that they did the "right" things. This is Sonakshi's journey of knowing the "cost" of her right things. The price Dev paid to make her win. That is why it was so significant for me that Bijoy and Asha were shown to walk down the stairs when Asha asked him to talk to Dev. With every truth of Dev coming out, Sonakshi will go one step closer to being a Dixit, while Bijoy will step one step down from being "perfect". And when the stairs reaches the first floor, Sonakshi will be only a "Dixit" and Bijoy will realize what he had done with the diamond.

A diamond in the end will shine bright no matter where it is, no matter what it is covered with. This is just temporary from my perspective. We might see Dev feeling guilty and crying today, but we will see Sonakshi's realization in intervals, slowly, but steadily.

I guess this is the phase of character growth for Dev ( had read some iv long bk). Dev will grow up in real sense and not be dependent on anyone . He will also eventually stop blaming himself for everything that happened. Obviously everything can't be his fault. One by one people around him also start realising their own contribution to the problems and not blame Dev . Sona and Ishu have just started . Vicky n gkb truth will definitely be an eyeopener to them too
My pov only..

Just a dialogue and conclusions are already being made. It is not necessary that they are gonna show Dev is responsible for anything. And why do everybody believe that they want to show only Sona can solve the problems.

For God Sake. They have just started to learn about the past 7 Years of each other's life. They just want to fix everything before moving on in life.

Waise i do understand its a sarcastic post. But it took a serious turn in discussions.😆

Agree with you Latha . Slowly they are blaming Dev for breakup ,for not being there during Sonakshi's pregnancy (he should have got a dream that Sona was pregnant how dare he didn't ) and last nail in the coffin is he is even responsible for separating mother India from her daughters.I never saw Ishwari worry about her daughters when they stayed with her .

I keeping saying this it's Ishwari Sonakshi's love story and Dev is the third wheel .Tomorrow he will be blamed for separating eternal lovers

@john_sanj "Mata ka jagrata" 😆 😆 . Even I accept that Sonakshi should tone down a bit on poking on matters unnecessarily.

She can't help it. She is the Nancy Drew of Indian bahus.she has taken her role a bit too seriously.

The sisters must be aware of prenup clauses, and how their mom was insecure to protect 'family' wealth from Sona... 5 cr fiasco where she said Dev didn't think about her and the sisters... and many more! I believe Dev sent them away to become independent and strong.. and they too must be have denied share in the family wealth!

I respect your pov Jo but lets agree to disagree on the points you have mentioned. Here point of discussion is not about what they're gonna show in future episodes, it's about how they played with his character left and right to justify or rectify others mistakes till now. For example, after leap most of the people questioned that how can Sona hide the information about soha from Dev since as a father it's his basic right to know about his baby. Makers conveniently inserted a pathetic FB scene where Sona comes with baby and stands before IN and asks Watchman to call Dev. Excellent right and so simple to justify Sona and push blame on Dev. Anyway to blame this guy we never need any reason but still makers are kind enough to give us a reason. Let's not look into the logic how Dev will be blamed if ishwari sent sona back because one day we also may get to know that Dev Dixit is the reason for global warming also.😆
