It is much more than that. The sisters although were not shown to be so close to Dev were in tune with him in so many ways. They did know when he was happy, sad or angry. During the first breakup, i.e. after the hospital one, even though Neha came to know of the relationship in the last minute, she questions Ishwari immediately and tells her that Dev is sad. In the episode with the bracelet, Nikki reveals how they had chosen that for Sonakshi after going through several catalogs which shows that Dev had developed that bond with his sisters. In the Sonakshi Ritwick engagement episode, Riya and Nikki are shown to call Neha home and Riya is shown to detail Dev's "haalat".

After the second break up, my guess is except may be Neha, both Riya and Nikki held Ishwari responsible for the separation. Add to that Dev's self destructing behavior, they most probably blamed her for Dev's "haalat" at that time. Dev was their brother and they knew how much he loved them as well as Sonakshi. His lifeless life must have definitely hurt them very much. All these coupled with maami and Vickky's rise must have made Riya and Nikki so angry that they no longer want to keep in touch with Ishwari.
