Wow, A mind boggling episode in literal sense.
Sonakshi, Dev, Ishwari all are badly trapped in their own maze. There is no way out for now!
Nothing is going as expected, for them and for us. Right?😆
Let's jot down what expectations we had and what I happening.
Expectation :
Dev will handle the situation with ease and won't go ahead with the engagement when he realises he has to take a step towards her.
Reality:
He is ready to hang himself, trapped in his own plan. .Ready to get engaged to Nisha if Sona doesn't stop him.
That was your plan Dev? What was the tashan for?
Expectation : Sona won't be able to bear with all this and would confess before the engagement.
Reality: This girl is made of stone and just like Dev 1.0 she has come dressed up for her ex'es engagement.
Expectation: Dev would not keep Nisha in the dark and atleast would confess right before the engagement that it was all his way to be back with Sona and he can't ruin her life.
Reality : He is asking her whether 'she is okay with devarshi being so close' Like really?
He should have asked that if he really intended to marry her and it was actually just friendship. It was his own plan na. .Has he forgotten it?
Expectation : Either Dev or Sona themselves would solve the problem and stop before its too late.
Reality : turns out our leads are too shy to express. Ishwari comes to convince Sona, Sona goes when Bijoy asks her to and Nisha decides cancel the engagement.😳
Isn't all this an eerie parallel to the Ritik track?
Sona took Dev's promise to come to her engagement one last time. . Here Dev took the same promise.
Both looking at the door waiting for their love to come.
Both in their hearts wanting the other to stop them but still, like fools would go ahead with their engagement, ruining everyone's lives.😡
Dev coming all tip top for her engagement, Sona getting all dressed up too. . Both donning a nice facade.
Now, what?
Dev did not do anything intentionally to stop the engagement, it was out of emotions.
Sona will not do anything either, because she cannot get drunk😆, she will leave and it will be noticed by everyone.
Sona had come back for the engagement after dropping Dev, It was Ritik who made her see what was she doing and refused for engagement.
Here again, Nisha would stop Dev from doing what he is doing.
The only difference is that Sonakshi was doing it to run away from Dev but Dev is doing it to bring Sonakshi closer.
