@ sam thank you for the analysis👏 I know Dev is not pressuring her as she is not willing for it .,but there is always a diff between need and want if he need sonakshi he should work on it...but he want her he can let it go for chance ... Even after their first break up Dev got sona without any efforts even I feel now because of jealousy does wonders sona will.be back to Dev but when will his efforts applied to win his lady love that is what is more disappointing from cvs by introducing this third and fourth angles

Sam, thanks for your response. These back and forth posts always are such a pleasure for me. My thoughts were along similar lines as you have outlined. I feel just like Dev used sleeping pills in the past to cope with the stress in his life, Sonakshi uses these narratives. I think this is her escape mechanism she uses to tackle the expectations and standards set by Bijoy. This is how she has been able to maintain her facade of "perfection". But now that Dev has flipped the script and has refused to be just a character in her story and with others whom she considered as her support system are now working to remove her mask, Sonakshi has very little place to hide.

Once Sonakshi is on his side, Dev will not hesitate any longer to work with Sonakshi to wear Bijoy's defenses down. 😆

As to Soha, the document that Dev signed is what is coming to my mind. I am sure just like Ishwari asked Dev to prove his loyalty by getting Sonakshi to sign the prenup, Bijoy will ask Sonakshi to prove that she is not affected by Dev getting married by using that document to bring Soha back to Bose house. If prenup broke Dev's blind faith in Ishwari, this document will break Sonakshi's blind faith in Bijoy.

Another important thing is Soha needs to be sad seeing the result of her lying and accepting Ishwari's words for Ishwari to realize her mistake. It is true that she has accepted that she contributed to Dev and Sonakshi breakup, but still feels it is not wrong to manipulate Dev into doing what she wants him to do. Similar to Sonakshi, she feels she is doing all these for Dev's own good. She has to see that there can be negative consequences of her manipulations, that she cannot always control the results, that she is not "Ishwar, the bhagyavidhata". That her manipulations make Dev miserable and may lead to him losing his happiness. Only then will her realization be complete and she needs to see that. 😃

@Chaaru, Dev is wearing a costume similar to the one he was wearing on the fateful day when Sonakshi comes to give the check. Even the color of Sonakshi's current dress is similar to what she wore on that day. His grooming style is also very similar to what it was on that day and the day she goes to his office to confront him regarding her pregnancy.

The other symbolism about his dress is Sonakshi's comment. She has frequently told that Dev has made his life as a chess board and also that he doesn't understand any color beyond black and white. And as you said he is also a "prisoner" of circumstances and also of his "love".

I feel this part of the song is very suitable for Sonakshi. Only she can tell what is in her heart, be it her love or her fears. No one else can do it for her. True that others can come up with their own version what they think she wants, but only she can say what she really really wants from life. 😃

That has been Sonakshi's gripe with Dev that he is unable to take a stand for her infront of Ishwari. She only wants him to support her love and her in front of Ishwari, hence she has trust issues with respect to Dev. This is also Bijoy's fear which is why he has become insensitive and over protective.

And frankly speaking, Dev has not been able to do so. Hence she fears of facing similar conditions again. She knows Dev's love for her but it is not sufficient when it comes to Ishwari's insecurities.
