The show makers always does the same to their male characters. This is just a tailor. in future might show Dev trying to harm her physically.

But in the end i will always want Devakshi. There is no scope for right and wrong in the entertainment world. The bad one will turn out good and the good as bad so why to worry?

And should sona slap dev?When she didn't slap her At the time of her Engagement with ritwick for his insecurity..Why should she slap him for her just best Friend.Sona Is quite Understandingthan anyothe.she doesnt twist the meaning of his insecurity..she Knows why is he behaving like this..

Survi, don't remind us of the beautiful days of our show, ah wo bhi kya din they. Come to think of it, the devakshi were a beautiful couple once but that got destroyed on the day Ishwari came to know about them, sharbonash wohin se shuru hua.

On a side note, crimes are always done in a fit of anger of some sort, either towards the person the crime is committed or towards someone else, may be society as well, take any crime and it will be the same reason. But that does not excuse a person's criminal act of what he had done. Same goes for Dev or Ishwari. Ishwari does things because she gets jealous of Dev's closeness to someone other than her like Dev gets jealous of Sona's closeness to somebody else other than him. Both do things to destroy the life of the other person, Ishwari tried destroying Sona and Dev tried destroying Ritwick. So both mother and Son are guilty which they never accept because apparently its out of love that makes them do all that. Dev is ok when he goes out and sleeps with numerous women but can't see Sona with a male friend. So basically he wants his freedom + lifelong hold on Sona. Seriously it feels like it was a mistake that Sona ever fell for a guy like Dev for he would never let her move on and do what she wishes for herself all her life. I know at the end even Sona wishes for the same but this was just a thought.
