asha, the best things about your stories is that they always end on happy note. kaash story mein bhi dev aur sona aise he ek ho pate.

I always felt that for all the troubles that Sona faced at ishwari nivas, the main reason was that she never shared any of the taunts with Dev. she always tried to face them alone. i have a personal opinion that she never trusted Dev to ever understand her concerns or her plight. that was her gravest mistake, agar dev ko pata hota toh shaayad sona ko ek kandha miljata. her best ally to fight in IN should have been dev, but in turn he was the first one that she left behind in her battle ... sigh

on the contrary the few times that she did speak up / hint at things to him, Dev did try to talk to his mother, but it only added to ishwari's insecurities.😕

i saw the same being voiced out in your story and felt contended for a while that there are few other who think like me 😊
