I feel like going and giving Ekta a bone breaking hug now. At least she admits that she dishes out trash and it sells. But the likes of Gul, Mamta, etc are under the false impression that they're making revolutionary and progressive shows. With these two episodes, they officially killed DevAkshi for me. I was still willing to give them a chance despite all the crap provided they do it the sensible way but now? DevAkshi ho, na ho, meri jooti se. 😃 I'd much rather pick Sona-Jatin ANY DAY.

hey i grew up watching her soaps courtesy my mum and her old K shows were really path breaking- prerna had 2 children outside of marriage and was UNASHAMED of it and didnt give 2 shits about what other people thought, tulsi took 0 shits from her saas and KILLED HER SON when he committed marital rape, her saas also stood by her and told her son to F off when he cheated on tulsi, kashish married like 5 dudes and felt 0 shame about it, there was one about two friends who get tricked into marrying the same guy cos hes spineless and they both basically tell him to f off. one raises her kid as a single mum and the other remarries. there were some really great ideas despite most of it being just bs. her stories never catered to the man's bullshit. i can appreciate that.

One hand there's KRPKAB and on the other there's beyhadh. I watch two toxic shows at a time, God help me. 🤣 I think we should all start watching like 10 comedy genre shows to balance out what this show does to us. 🤔😆

I watched too many Ekta shows too. 😆 Her shows were basically BS but like you pointed out, she didn't shy away from taking some huge risks and ultimately giving justice to characters, like the Tulsi killing off Ansh incident. I began disliking Kashish so bad after a point but in cases like hers or Kripa's, she made sure they SUFFERED before they eventually got back to Sujal and Angad. Atleast back then, she seemed to serve shit to every character not allowing anyone to get away with every single thing. Unlike the current scenario of Gul, Mamta and the likes of them who believe in white washing, glorifying and justifying all the crap.

Here at IF or on Twitter? 😆 Oh, Goodluck drilling sense into them! Twitter, tumblr, YT, etc, they all should have made such great platforms for discussions but these places are rendered a joke thanks to a section of every fandom of every show there is put there of any language or country who are beyond my understanding.

i just followed u on twitter...and the one who replied to your tweet is def one of those...i totally undrstand ur exasperation...what can we say when such mindsets are watching the show and the makers are trying to play to these mindsets "Dev is SLAYING.
