Ish never liked sona as devs wife period! She never understood that devs happiness was with Sona. Every time she saw dev giving attention to sona she tried to pull him back by emotionally blackmailing about their past. I find it difficult to empathize with a mothwr who is more interested in keeping herself happy rather than her child. Orthodox or modern doesn't matter.

Yes dev has a heart of gold but he failed as not only as a husband but as a son too. He knew how sona was being treated & never took any steps to correct their behavior.

The problem with mother & son is their refusal to accept their blame in the failed marriage. Even today he's expecting sona to have come back & said sorry to him! Because of his mother he lost 6 yrs of his daughters life!

Sona made some mistakes too but why are putting the onus of adjusting only on her. Why is it thT she has continually understand mother & son and act accordingly! Yes she made the mistake of giving more importance to ish when her focus should have been dev. She also was insecure after the first breakup!

For starters dev told dat ishwari wanted dev and sona to move out which was misunderstood 7 years back . And i guess for the first time dev was vocal about bijoy's role in the break up and if bijoy does not stop riling up dev it will happen again .

I feel dev may say whatever he wants to ishwari and sonalshi but he wont allow anyone else badmouthing them ...

Sonakshi really has become the reincarnation of Dev. The same behaviour. Maybe this has to do with the guilt of her father being humiliated and thrown out due to her marriage.

If dev is really so clueless with respect to ishwaris behaviour with sona, then why was he so desperate during fake pregnancy?

Another point -morning dreams usually come true, it is considered bad omen to have bad thoughts or taunt anyone before going on pilgrimage. Add to this the sudden tornado in Bose house. Is ishwaris dream on the way to be realised?.God always grants what is right and correct for everyone. Ishwari can fool herself that whatever she wants is for the happiness of her son but she can't fool god.

@ltelidevara - I do agree that in present avatar Ishwari is behaving very normal and is in fact quite indifferently polite to Sonakshi(which is good) In my view she was fine in yesterday's episode.

She got the message that she was unwelcome at Bose house and decided to meet her son and poti outside the house. Even outside, I saw her interactions with Sona were like acquaintances, nothing OTT.

Further, In what sense does Ishwari need to know that her son wasn't trapped. Her son has told her umpteen times the truth but she refuses to accept it as she refuses to accept that her son is an adult . That itself suggests need for help.

I can sympathise with such a person and feel sorry for her but not empathise.

The real blame in her case lies with her brother who treats her as if she is made of glass and son who is unable to realise her mistakes. So Ishwari happily goes around digging the grave of herself and her family. (remember what she almost did in aayan case. Actually riya was saved due to the false pregnancy drama)

One more point, people perceive others the way they themselves are. Is it why it is so difficult for Ishwari to believe that the middle class Sonakshi didn't phansao or trap her rich son?
