Even I didn't find yesterday's episode bad. Firstly because it was natural for Dev to rant and flex his muscles for having been deprived of his daughter.

Secondly I knew that the CVS had to make him climb the proverbial chane ka jhard (chickpea plant) so that he can fall flat with egg on his face.

So today is Dev's formal cheerharan. 👍🏼 and CVS ensured that he neither gets any sympathy nor any Krishna as saviour.. In fact audience will be cheering - Go Sonakshi Go, strip him and kick him😆.

Vaise I have full faith on Dev. Within three days he will forget his insult and his vow to leave Sona and Soha alone and would be more than willing to forgive Sona for 'his' mistakes.

Mark my words, Jatin will not be needed for conspiring with Soha and Golu for Devakshi reunion. Dev babu will be either doing the honours himself or thowing/pushing /forcing/dhakkaoing everyone in that direction. After all his ego is also satisfied now that Sona did come back so he can comfortably drop the pretence of I am not interested.

Regarding Ishwari her tagline is 'BE BESHARAM'. so why waste time on her. 🤢

Now coming to the entitled beggars of Dixit house - XGKB and her red: There time is up. Since this is a show they would be caught but if it had been real life poor Soha would have paid a very heavy price for her father letting these snakes free in his house.

Don't want to comment too much on today's fight without seeing Sona's side tomorrow. The makers are smart as they purposely left it at a cliffhanger so they can give a dhamaka right at the end of the week 😆

However, the one thing that continues to bother me is the role of a wife in a patriarchal society. One of my major gripes has been the insensitivity that was meted out towards Sonakshi when her medical reports were revealed. As if the only purpose she had was to be a baby carrier. The show has always done a decent job in taking traditional thoughts, juxtaposing it with modern ones, and creating a balance. This particular issue continues to be unresolved. With Suhana's revelation and Ishwari's attitude, I felt it pricked a nerve and rekindled those thoughts that I had buried. But, the show is very self-aware. The fact that the writers, through Sonakshi, acknowledged that insensitivity prior to the leap (those talks about Mission Dixit Baby) gives me hope. Just have to wait with my gritted teeth and bated breath I guess 🤔😆

I lost all hope with their sensibility when they treated prenup and infertility with such crappy closures, so not having any expectations in future too. This has turned into a typical romantic family drama with added masala leap and we can enjoy the leads chemistry and cast stupendous acting..nothing more..I have detached myself for any meaningful contributions from the serial and would advise you to do the same because heartbreaks are not worth for any fictional series🤗 but I will jump like monkey if anything strikes me , so look for more such outrageous posts in future too 😆
