yes and what a reaction he got the child ran away almost got hit by a car . And the part he doesn't care about she is at her home and is not talking to anybody or is eating anything. That's mental trauma. And for his emotions as a father. When it comes to that I will always prioritise the kids well being.

I caught up with the episode just now and you bet..I had tears in my eyes all through..I really saw a changed Dev as he rightly told. But I was shocked with forum's reaction. I mean..now what he should do according to us...cry his heart out to himself, meet soha chori chori without revealing, then seeing all the excitement in the house, golu would tell her the next day or a few days later. Or somehow she would know her friend is her dad, from outside. Okay, now tell me in all this not only would Dev get one more round of bashing from us but also would lose his daughter for lying. She wouldn't have trusted him.

I liked Dev today the way he revealed himself but yes how much the lil heart can take..she is at loggerheads. The promise given to her mom, her dad's love, too much burden at such a small age even Dev got his responsibilities when he was 8.

Sorry dont agree. Dev has no experience being a dad. Even his relationship with Golu doenst make him an experienced dad. Like many said that a dad was born when he found out about Soha. Before revealing himself to the child he should have first confronted Sona. Sona has more better understanding of Soha. She would have known how to approach Soha with this news. He could have forced the issue if she didnt want to help him. The kid barely knows Dev and to be confronted this way.

If Dev didn't reveal his identity to Soha and kept on secretly meeting her and bond with her, then these same people would call him selfish. They would say that he lied to Soha and is taking advantage of this situation to bond with her. But now when he made it crystal clear to Soha that he is her dad then too these people have a problem.

And tbvh, any father in reality would have done that. Come on dude, like you get to know that you have a daughter who is 6 years old and will you stay quiet and hide the truth from her. And Dev spoke to her so gently. He didn't even raise his voice once too. If Dev was cruel and bad like some people here are projecting him to be then he would have gone directly to SONA and screamed and fought with her. But he didn't do that. He first thought it's important to talk to Soha and make her understand the truth.
