Why do we like to see everything in black and white. There is nothing known as completely right and completely wrong.
Dev using elenas emotions for his personal benefit was callous and cruel but calling a desperate father standing for hours outside a window trying to get a confirmation of his daughters existence, 'a stalker' is sorry to say in my opinion also very cruel.
Dev could have hired a private eye to get the info and using elena was extremely selfish but the so called lurking outside the window was only a fathers love.
If we can understand bijoys love why turn a blind eye to Dev? Is he not a father? If bijoy is entitled to protect his daughter, Dev is not entitled to even meet his daughter? If bijoy plays a game to hide his granddaughter he becomes the perfect father and Dev stands outside for hours he becomes a stalker?
Now you may say that he could have asked Sona directly, but would it not be correct for him to assume that if Sona wanted to tell him, she would have told him long ago.
Whatever big a spineless ass Dev might have been, that doesn't give anyone the right to hide his child from him. When the bose family was on streets, I could understand and empathise with sona as she was scared that Dev will snatch away Soha.
Now there is no excuse but still bijoy behaves thus. Bijoy is not the court of law to take this decision.
Another funny thing I keep on hearing is Sona has asked Soha whether she wants to meet Dev or not. A six year old decides what she wants? And I always thought an eighteen year old has that right.
If Sona continues to keep her faith in Sohas words, a day will come when the same Soha will ask Sona as to who gave her the authority to take such a major decision of her life on the basis of her words when she was an immature child. Believe me if Dev takes the case to court the judge will faint or drop laughing when Sona gives this reason.
