Maybe, Sona cam back after child birth to share news about Soha.

However, since this is a big news, she may have wanted to share it herself and asked the guard to just relay that she wants to meet Dev.

Guard contacted someone inside and was told Dev did not want to meet Sona.

Probably she heard a thundering Dev's booming voice not wanting to meet her !

Probably she heard a few abuses from Dev/Ishwari/Vicky... they could have shouted from inside without really coming out and seeing her.

Sona thought she'd had enough and left.

The last chance Dev had is destroyed.

I wonder why Sonakshi would have went back to Dixit mansion instead of phoning Dev directly or going to his office

why would her father send her back to Delhi just when she gave birth
