Now that Vicky and GKB are hoping golu inherits Dev's wealth, they will not be happy knowing Sona is back in Dev's life plus has compeition in the form of Soha.
So Vicky decides to hurt Soha in some way (think kidnapping, accident etc - writers have wild imagination). But his plans are foiled as it brings Dev and Sona together to save what is most precious to both of them. Dev finally stands up for those who love him.
