Today's episode starts with Dev thinking Soha is Jatin's daughter because Golu said so.
He calls PI and blasts him for giving him incomplete report and for not mentioning that Jatin has a daughter. The PI is shocked.
Me: Bhaiya, when you come to know, just how incomplete report PI has given you, you will run him out of business. But I am glad, you didn't try adding up the clues and blasted the PI instead.
Now that guy to save his job will look for Jatin's daughter and will come up with widower Jatin > business partner of Sona > Sona has a daughter > The daughter is 6 years old > You and her went separate way 7 years ago > Baby takes 9 months to be born > Congratulations, you are a father!!!
Sirf aap paise kam mat kar dena, warna PI wapas beechwale link gayeb kar dega aur aapko aapka not-so-logical dimaag chalana padega.
Ishwari is worried that Sonakshi has not moved on and Dev has not moved on. If they move in together, where will she move? She thinks that Sonakshi being with another man disturbs Dev so much, what will he do if she re-marries?
Me: Maiya, aapke Kanpur mein hartaal hain kya? Sonakshi ne do second pehle bola ki woh kisise shaadi nehin karna chahti, koi life partner nehin chahiye etc etc., tab kya aap dimaag mein kabaddi khel rahi thi? Koi ENT specialist ko dikha do, shayed lage haath dimaag ka kachra bhi saaf kar de.
Aur aap shocked to aise ho rahe ho, jaise aapko aapke bete ki halat pata hi nehin. Kitna nautanki karti ho, Maata.

Sonakshi comes to Soha's school and showering love on Soha. Golu says to Dev, that Sona must be her mom. Dev tells Golu that it's guaranteed that Sonakshi can't be Soha's mother because she can't... Stops there. (Yep, 7% kya cheez hoti hain? 7 Pepsi = 0 Pepsi hi to hain... Sirf jo peeta hain usse pata hota hain, 7 Pepsi ki sugar rush.) Now he is confirmed that Jatin is Soha's father. In the meanwhile, Golu is envious of Soha's apparently cute and attention-giving family and Dev is envious of Sona fawning over someone else's daughter.
Me: Bhaiya, apne meri baat nehin maani naa. Dauraya naa apna dimaag? Kitni baar bola hain ki sab ko sab kuch nehin aata. Jaise dekho, jo artistic dimaag hain, unko science experiment nehin aata. Jo scientist dimaag hain, usko artistic cheezen nehin aata. Aapka baniye ka dimaag hain jaise ki 10% Raees (kyunki daring Miya bhai ka nehin hain aap mein), calculator use karo. Dimaag mein calculation mat karo.
Radha and Vicky wants Sonakshi to get married to Jatin so that Dev continue to be distracted from office.
Me: Lo. Bijoy se jyada to inko Sonakshi ki shaadi ki padi hain.
Sonakshi tells Jatin that Ishwari was spying on them and she was shocked that Ishwari thinks they were dating. Jatin says that he was trying to talk to Sonakshi about it and even his father talked to him about it. Sonakshi gets mad.
Sonakshi goes home and blasts Bijoy for discussing marriage with Jatin without talking to her first (I read in a comment that apparently Sonakshi will never have courage to hold Bijoy accountable for his action, well... It seems 90% Raees Sonakshi hain. Kyunki saari Miya bhai ki daring Sonakshi mein phoot phoot ke bhari hui hain).
Sonakshi says that she is self-sufficient, independent, raising her daughter on her own. She doesn't want to get married, not now and not ever. She doesn't want any discussion on this and wants Asha and Bijoy to support her.
Me (cheering with pompom): Go girl go!!! You don't need any validation from anyone. Have your career, make your way, raise your daughter to be a strong woman, have boyfriends/date if you want. But I am so glad you didn't fall in the same trap of settling like you did with Ritwik... Proud of ya...
On the other hand, Ishwari keeps on forcing Dev to say how he feels. Dev blasts that he can't be happy when Sonakshi is happy and moving on. He can't be happy when Sonakshi is moving ahead of him. He knows he should not be angry. But he is feeling betrayed to see her happy when she is holding someone else's hand.
Me: Wah, bhaiya wah... Aap hotel room mein jab ladki ghuma rahe the, tab aap ko laga hoga ki aap to bahut aage nikal gaye ho. Apki problem kis mein hain? Ki Sonakshi aage bad rahee hain ya aapse jyada aur normal way mein aage bad rahee hain?
Ishwari brainwashes Dev that Sonakshi has moved on and getting married and he should too. Dev gets hurt and says that he used to love Sonakshi. He can't love again. So he will never get married.
Me (cheering with pompom): Go Dev go!!! You don't need to marry. You have your "casual relationships". I am so happy you refused to ruin a woman's life who might have wanted happily ever after from her husband. Proud of ya...
Dev comes to drop Golu in school (aaj kal school ke kuch jyada hi chakkar kaat raha hain). They talk about relationship with girls.
Soha comes there and sees them. She starts running and falls. Dev picks her up and wants to take her to doctor. Soha says that she is not a baby girl and since she is smiling and move her legs, she is fine. Golu feels jealous.
Dev says, she is just perfect. Soha says that her mother says the same thing and she says that sometimes falling down is good because then we can get up. Dev gets curious.
Me: What? Only curious? Not shocked that Jatin's wife is dead, yet this girl is talking about her mother in present tense? Ab kya bhaiya grammer bhi sikhana padega? Ab to clues ko add kar lo.
At Bose house, Jatin enjoys with Bose family. He remembers that how he stood up in Soha's father's absence with her in school for some competition and they won the first prize. He remembers that day fondly.
Bijoy then went and got them to correct that Jatin was not Soha's father.
Bijoy is upset that Sonakshi said no to the marriage. Jatin is not disappointed. He says that he will give Sonakshi time.
Me: So Soha was not deprived. Jatin was there for her when she needed a father figure.
Now a selfish father will be jealous that how dare his RIGHT was taken by someone else. Because he is more concerned about rights than his child's happiness. He'd rather Soha was deprived and starving for father figure than actually had a happy childhood and upbringing.
A truly loving father will be thankful that his daughter was not deprived when he was not there in her life. Because his daughter's happiness is more important than his rights, whatever that may be.
What kind of father do you think Dev will be? The Ishwari kind who could not tolerate anyone in Dev's life because she has RIGHT on him or Bijoy kind who was never upset about the bonding Sonakshi had with any of her new family including Mamaji? He was actually happy when they treated Sonakshi like a family member. Think about it.
Dev looks at Soha and thinks that if he and Sonakshi were together, they would have had a daughter like Soha.
Me: 100% satya vachan.
Soha tells Dev to call her Mr. Bose. Dev gets teary eyed thinking about their Obhodro and Khorgosh conversation.
Me: And I am getting teary eyed thinking about brain condition. Bhaiyaji, yeh ladki Miss Bose hain, Miss Roy nehin. Abhi bhi aapko lagta hain ki yeh Jatin ki beti hain.
Hey, bhagwan. Bhaiya ke brain ko kya discount rack se uthaya tha?
Golu is furious that his uncle is not paying attention. He accuses that if he came to drop Golu or make friends with Suhana? Dev assures him that he loves him best.
Me (Looking up again): Bhagwan, kya inke memory ko bhi discount rack se uthaya tha? Inko ab bhi apni galtiyon se koi sikh nehin mili? Tab bhi apni Maa aur Biwi ko ek hi dialogue chipkate the. Aur ab bhi yeh Golu ko wohi dialogue se uda rahe hain. Kal jab Suhana ke baare mein pata chalega, to usko bhi yehi dialogue chipkayenge. Tab jab Golu aur Suhana mein problem hogi, tab aap kisko "understanding" hone ke liye kahoge?
Precap: Sonakshi tells Ishwari thank you for reminding her of the rift between Dev and her and for reminding her who caused this rift.
Dev looks at Ishwari furiously.
Me (calling husband): Honey, pick up extra buttered popcorn and pepsi from grocery. I have a WWF match to watch tomorrow. (Giggles to herself)...
P.S. Dev and Soha's moments were very cute again.
