Dev, ever since Sona made an entry to Delhi, wants to driver her away from his surroundings. May be he wants Sona to push away out of Delhi because he knows if somehow his toxic family finds out about Soha, what a fuss they would create out of it. Didn't Dev multiple time tell Sona that why doesnt she just go away from there ? All he seemed to want is to drive Sona out of his office, the city and his life (at least to Sona). But do you think that beneath his grudges and anger, he actually wants to protect Sona and Soha from his own family ?

Your POV and observation is quite possible in the show.. But I would also like to mention these things:-

1. Okay, Dev knows about Soha but doesn't tell anyone.. But why would he stay away from his daughter for 7 years...And how is it possible that he has been meeting secretly with Suha ?? I mean she's a 6 year old kid.. I'm sure Sona would never let her go anywhere without her information. Sona damn sure always knows where her daughter is and who she is with..

It would be illogical then.. Oh but wait ! Yeh show waise bhi logic toh dikhaata hi nahi Hai...😆

2. You've mentioned that Dev kept Suha secret Bcoz he wanted to keep her away from his toxic family.. So I am sure that list of members includes Ishwari as well.😆.. So basically, Dev has hidden her from Ishwari as well.. So if the truth comes out, it may make Dev a good person but it will wage war between Ishwari and Dev.. Dev deprived Ishwari of grandmother... And if he kept away Suha from Ish, then that implies that Dev considers Ishwari also as an evil.. 😕

I hope Soha gives strong answer back like she does to her grandparents if Dixits badmouth Sonakshi in front of her. She has to be her father's daughter that way - instensely loyal but without horse blinders and obsessive devotion.

And Dev, to keep his respect in front of his daughter, needs to shut his family and also his own mouth in terms of Sonakshi in front of Soha.

Biwi ke respect ke liye to usne kabhi kuch kiya nehin . Kam se kam apni beti ke saamne khud ki Izzat ke liye kuch kare, to phir bhi thik hain...

I would hate soha if she do paapa belittling her mother efffeort but I would love if she go to her father like spending time not ignoring her mother effort
I don't feel sona has deprived soha of anything she has gave best and everything any parent would give except a father

If Sona could stoop so low as Dev did, she'd have won the custody case by default. No judge would have granted custody of a girl child to a man who treats women that way. And had Sona done it, uski to forum mein multiple funeral ho jaata. Ek sentence usne kya bol diya, uski to poori upbringing pe questions khara kar diya in logon ne. Aur udhar Dev limit pe limit cross kiye jaa raha hain, lekin uski defence mein saare Ishwari ban jaate hain... Mere Raja Dev is always right.

In the given situation, there is neither trust nor respect between the leads... forgot deep deep really deeply buried love.

What use is that love without respect or trust. I see no reason how these will ever get back together.

The reason I want them together is because I am a die hard romantic... In real life I would give a hoot about them.

The CVs have to pull a rabbit out of the hat and that too quite literally.

I think some people expect a good mother to be a mind reader or some kind of a psychic. She is NOT. A good mother is when they find out what her children want and where her children's happiness lie, puts her children above her concern and worries and let them choose their life. A mother never stops worrying for her children's safety, happiness or well-being. But they don't let that worry become shackles on their children's feet. Ishwari was not a good mother, not because she worried. But because she made her worry her son's prime objective in life to cater to despite knowing where his happiness lies. That was the difference.

Absolutely on point. You are right. In this show, conversation is non-existant. Now they are bringing one more reason not to talk - another new character. Here I thought Jatin will be both of their friends and facilitate talk. But now there are two reasons not to talk. Go figure.

Elena sitting with Golu and well, just talk..The poor baby is in dire need of it..
Finally everyone sitting with a psychiatrist and getting much needed counselling sessions..
Mamta, Yash and Durjoy Dutta sitting together and understanding what they want to show and why they have ruined a wonderful show and why they don get TRPs and why even the fans are always disappointed..
