The Biggest Gold digger?

In my opinion, Mamaji is the biggest gold digger. From the very beginning he knew that his wife's and son's intentions are not clean and always bad mouth about people so if he was a good brother he wouldn't have stayed at his sister's house for so long but I guess he got so used to the luxurious lifestyle that he never said anything against them. The other day when he over heard GKB and vicky talking bad about Dev, all he said was "sharam karo jiska khate ho usi ke bare mein yesa bol rahe ho" and left from there. I feel like he is there just so Ishwari can a soft talk with someone other than that he doesn't do much. The only time I felt he had something to do in the show was when he told dev about his love story and asked him to get Sona back into his life when she was getting engaged with Ritwick (A good boy😒) after that he was a mute spectator. Hopeless character.
