Ex can be normal and friendly if there has been a genuine reason and well thought decision for separation.
As far as Sona's silence is concerned it was unwarranted and sona did the right thing. Bully's thrive on the fear factor and opponents silence is their fuel and strength.
Dev has been a bully from the beginning and his first action was getting Sona thrown out from her job when she refused to work at his house and no amount of reasons can justify his bullying attitude then and now.
IMO Sona should have slapped him when he insulted her at the award show.!!!!
