🤣 amazing write-up as usual Deepa. When Sona instigated Dev by giving credit to him, I feel he is more disappointed and angry on her because instead of appreciating her team and her hard work she brought her personal life in to picture by taunting him in public using this occasion. Any way fire works already started so let's get ready with our popcorn buckets.

Yesterdays episode was no doubt good. But I am enjoying reading the comments on our forum more. So many emotions and views have been put across so beautifully. There will be many more fireworks in the next few weeks I am sure of that!

As far the precap is concerned, I am sure all the show of meeting up with another girl (in the room next to Sona's room! no less) is just to get some reaction from her. Although they both did bring up the fact that they have a bitter history on a public stage, Dev wants to show her that he is very very happy without her in his life.

I think the scene that would follow is that Sona would get angry and close the door. In a while Dev would get rid of the girl and would get drunk. And we all know what happens to Dev when he is drunk and angry and Sona is in the near vicinity. I am quite sure that he would come knocking on her door and he is going to be stunned to see Soha. Possibly he will misunderstand that Sona has moved on and after some more misunderstandings later Sona would be forced to admit that Soha is their daughter.

I somehow get the feeling that only when Dev finds out about his daughter and the clause relating to his child in the pre nup is he going to realise his error of judgment and only then would he be able to start his redemption.

I think if the CVs want to be really different they should show that Sona and Dev finally make peace but dont get back together again... kind of ending like the old movie AAndhi

Actually Dev Dixit reminds me so much of Mason Capwell of the old american soap "Santa Barbara" - he was a rich lawyer and had a drinking problem - madly in love with a woman called Julia but would always hide things from her and lie and hurt her as well. But he was also very humane and was one of my favourite onscreen characters!

First a very very happy birthday to your junior.

Now regarding your post just loved your sense of humour. Also as you rightly pointed out both are still madly in love. Only the most superficial observer could feel that they have come out of love and are unaffected by each other. Sonakshi and Dev both are in fact still pining for each other.

Their love is still there strong and hurting. Even the lines playing in the background affirmed it bekrar dil is tarah mile jis tarah kabhi hum juda na the.

Let's see how many games Dev plays and how Sona counteracts them. Because that much was confirmed he is playing a cat and mouse game. His arranging the rendezvous at the same hotel, same floor is no coincidence. But I am sure he is not going to do anything with that girl. As I said in another post also he might have developed amnesia with respect of his mistakes and conveniently transferred the entire burden of faults on his mother and Sona's shoulders but he can never be unfaithful. He loves too deeply for that.

Also it is wrong to presume that since he has done xyz mistakes he will be unfaithful. Human nature is very strange. A thief will find murder abhorrent and a murderer might find stealing abhorrent.

Whatever mistakes Dev has committed, howsoever insensitive he was at times to his wife's feelings, he will never be unfaithful to his love. If they had shown the couple meeting after 70 years Dev would have still been unmarried and would have never had slept with anyone else.

Really loved your understanding of human psychology 👏 The thinking of a Thief and Murderer. The CV's have been throwing words like ex, hank pinky, casonova, carefree to keep us guessing about Dev's character I think 😕 If he is really turned into one I don't want Devakshi anymore I will b happy if they go separate ways but knowing its a show and Devakshi being end game showing infedelity will be committing suicide by the makers 🥱 so I hope they clear out this confusion soon 😕

Excellent Analysis

True isn't it both Dev and Sonakshi proving to their families that have moved on from their bitter past , both are still suck in that very hurtful past , emotionally they weak they can crumble but financially they strong and both their families seem to not understand their children at all

Dev when he came home speaking to Elena and then he says these Bose sisters never understood me that very moment he drops his guards he is vulnerable Elena can see it not Ex GKB to cover up his weakness he changes topics quickly

now at the award function , firstly when he sees Sonakshi his eyes held pain when he sits in the same row as her he tries and shows her he does not care but his smile when they call her name proves his proudness of her

when Sonakshi says its because of her Ex husband she has worked hard he becomes serious again pain reflects on his face

when he approaches the stage both have their bitter memories of their final separation now this again clearly shows both are still stuck in that place they have never moved on

Dev accepting the award as his saying that its special perhaps Sonakshi there again did misunderstand him he meant its special for him because it belongs to her his love her anger her pain does not allow her to really read between the lines

Thank you to everyone for your lovely wishes and blessings 🤗 . He had loads of fun with his friends and the party ended late night and Momma bear is retiring for the night just now😆. So please please excuse me for not replying individually 😳.

I really enjoyed reading all your different POVs and respect the same😊. I like to clarify two things which was majorly discussed here

Why didn't the FB affect me emotionally?

1) The spoiler segment spoiled the fun mostly as I found many dialogs were edited out in original and also the impact was reduced.

2) This should have been such a pivotal conversation which should have shooked Ishwari to core to introspect herself but nothing happened , she is still in "Sona blame zone"without realizing what emotional damage she has done to her Son.🤔.

3) I expected Dev to shout " Yes I did lie but why ? ,Just to keep you both happy but you both failed me when I needed you the most" instead of "I never lied"and I was never wrong kind of dialogs. Well guess its one of those days I had high expectation after straight three kickass episodes and it fell short for me😆 (Should follow my lesson strictly from hereon : Have zero expectation and watch for fun😉)

About the precap, from past experience I have learnt to not judge anything without watching the episode. I also agree being in a room alone doesn't mean the extreme. This opinion is solely based on "What if"

From my moral compass, I can't accept Dev sleeping around to prove a point to Sona. He can do whatever he want with his full conscious and free will without hurting anyone. But if he is indeed in love with her, sleeping around will defy the whole logic of " I love you like a man loves a woman". I didn't support Sona moving on with Ritwik forcefully with Dev's love intact and I won't support Dev's flings too if he have Sona's love intact.

"IF" Dev indeed had flings in these past 7 yrs, I will gladly accept the revolutionary end of leads leading a separate life being an acquaintance or friends or wellwishers with equal custody of Soha but definitely not the same old crap of they are made for each other and should be united for child's sake ! If they are bold enough to show the casual flings , I dare them to show the bold ending too !

Ya even I noticed . Only "hopeful beacon" in this confusing darkness 😆 They better reveal answer to the closed door secret in today's episode before every heart explodes of suspense. 😆

Wow i almost missed ur post today. Happy birthday to ur kid. Is it the 'neat freak ' or the' polluting pataka'.

I have nil contribution to make as i zoned out completely after watching shaheer/dev walking up to the podium ( panther ready to pounce on its prey).. the phangirl heart was playing only this dialogue on repeat mode from twilight ' u are like my own brand of heroine". ( can be taken as dev to sona or me to shaheer strictly as a fangirl hah)😉.
