Loved your analogy of the helmet part 😊 You see every time is eyes are covered either by helmet or by sunglasses can be way of pretence or facade to hide your true feelings 😊

Dev is good at pretending. Before he pretended to be perfect brother and son while also being a class A jerk and forcing Delhi's best nutritionist to tend to his mother. Now he pretends to be living a fast paced wild life while also burning from the anger of none of the women in his life putting him first in the last moments he had with them.

I loved the explanation totally. I SO agree, earlier Dev chose his mother over his girlfriend/love. And this time when pushed to a corner, he chose none !!

I am not sure if this is growth or not, however, TOO happy to see Ishwari paying the price of her fatal obsession. Too happy to see makers didn't justify Ishwari's ugliness to satisfy a certain group of audience. Like in Sherlock Series people say 'It is what it is'. Ishwari has done an irreparable damage to Dev, and I am TOO happy to see that this is what 'she' thinks. Dev has been enjoying all along and he does NOT think alike 🥳. Dev has got his own mind, wish, brain. Couldn't ask for more for the time being. !😎

I think the characters evolved forward. There is underlying resentment in Sonakshi, Dev and Ishwari. Bijoy's is still the most prominent one but it's present and everyone is pretending to move on.

Beautiful analysis! Your analogy about the tree is so apt.

I have never been a hardcore supporter of either character & the fact that both are flawed makes it interesting.

I'm sure vilena know about suhana. The small details are sometimes overlooked by the cvs like what Elena thought or did after separation or when her the boses were thrown out of their home etc

On the whole very excited about this leap where they have handled at least the kids knowledge about her dad in a mature way without any drama. Back to the old KRPKAB days of understated drama.

I really like all three titular characters tbh and I think they hit really close to home with what we see in our daily lives.

I am sure too that Vicky Elena are aware about Sonakshi being a mother. It is almost impossible that she doesn't know.

Despite all his flaws, he is the man who was wronged by his blood . I can't fathom the hurt he must have felt with his mother and GKB and Vikky deceit. I think he knew GKB n Vikky intention but never comprehended the extent. When faced with the result added with his anger and ego he did hurt that one person whom he really loved, stood by him and was not at fault.
The realization must have broken him. But a little too late. The hate had already taken over and he had lost that relation he so wanted to cherish. He lost his best friend n wife .

So this is his colour of loss. He just looked pained hurt to face her.

Please Dev Dixit don't disappoint Sona this time
