everyone's favorite who cannot be wrong and is always a victim .

Since
leap is confirmed how wish I can see him as a ruthless guy giving damn
to everyone .He can be whatever he wants as long as he manages his
business and keeps all the free loaders under his thumb .Wish he takes
custody of the child once he knows the truth let the mother of baby also
know how it feels when you are separated from your own child .I am sure
CVs will do opposite of this"

<font color="#0000FF">Yes Hiding is not correct ... but looks like sonakshi and her family will be thrown out of the house (reason could be Vicky using Devs Phone and his name behind this )... Also Dev/Ishwari will ask her to sign the prenup... which will clearly state that incase there is a child ... they have nothing to do with it...

So when Sona and her family understand that Dev (given his history) is not letting them live in that city... what would any person do ... just try to disappear from that place where dixits cant reach them and destroy them.

Coming to the custody of the child -- there is nothing in the whole world that Dev or Dixits can do to take a kid away from the mother... atleast until 18yrs.

Since we are talking about law .There is no such thing as mom will only get the custody of the child Mother is given preference but depending on the situation judge can grant joint custody or sole custody to either of the parent especially if they prove one of the parent is unfit to look after the kid .

I am not a lawyer so I might be wrong too

unless Sonakshi is a drug addict and is endangering her child or is not able to provide for the kid ... no one can take the child away from mother (be it in india or in america).
besides there is already a signed document that dixits forfeit their claim on any kids they may have from this marriage... so there is another strong evidence against Dixits.

How delusional some people can be with their un-wavering support for a complete moronic, idiotic, pathetic character like Dev. I guess I don'tunderstand his out of this world love of loving Sona like a man loves a woman!!😉

How judgmental some people are ...I sometimes wonder how they believe they are always right and the other person is delusional. How they refuse to see other side of the coin and doesn't know to respect others PoV ...

I am glad I made a shy person to post his/her views ...

At the end of the day ..Sona is responsible for her mistakes just like Dev is ...if he misunderstood without talking to him then it's her fault not his ...If he misunderstood her then it's his fault not hers ...

Do you remember the talk sona had with dev about prenup she may think that he first signed the prenup and then when he saw such a strong reaction for prenup from sona he dropped the idea of getting it signed from her because then she may not marry him

As per law the prenup doesn't hold any value .Sonakshi hasn't signed it before marriage ...signing now is of no use ...well it's definitely not a easy battle for a father to get the custody off a child but it's not impossible either ...if they can show crap I am sure if they want CVs can come up with some crap reason to grant him the custody

Again that would be her assumption but not the truth .Decisions made on assumptions are not considered right ..she cannot be called right if she decided to keep the child away from him based on her assumptions and false evidences .

Believe me my dear I am very rarely judgemental, but I've seen your posts over the last 6 months and I have come to know your opinions very well with respect to Sona 😛 Yours posts always convey how much you hate Sona and how much you love your lover boy, Dev.

Anyway, I am with the majority of the people (more than 90% from the reaction on IF/twitter etc) with the believe Dev brought this whole heartache on himself. In my opinion (which I am sure you would never agree with your prejudice toward Sona in a million years), 50% is Dev's fault, 40% is Ishwari's fault, the remaining 10% is Sona's.
