Whether its Sona or Dev or Ishwari, They were never HERO material in this show. We started painting them in that way with our imaginations & expectations. I dont have any sympathy for Dev or Sona. What ever they are today and where ever they are standing in their life is just because of their own choices. Not even Ishwari is responsible for their current state. Any person can take you for granted only when you allow them to do by giving that power. If Ishwari is Dev's weakness then Dev is Sona's weakness. Loving some one doesn't mean losing your self.

Ishwari is the most cunning and smartest lady character i have ever seen on indian TV. Y'day's reality check was the much much needed one for Sona. Starting from her marriage decision, each and every decision of Sona was a mistake done by her. She asked all right Q's to Dev when he came to her to tell that his mother is now finally accepted their relation but she jumped in to marriage without looking for answers for those Q's. This was her biggest mistake and no one forced her to do this. Loving some one is different and living in hell for life time is different. I dont know why people think that on her wedding night she came to know that Ishwari agreed for this marriage only for Dev and she didn't accepted her. If we go back and see when Ishwari begged Sona to marry Dev, She never said i was wrong in understanding you and your love for Dev, She again and again said you both never gave me time to accept your relation and please marry my son because you are his happiness. If i was there in Sona's place, I would have never accepted this marriage proposal. From the day Sona entered in to this relation her only aim in life became winning Ishwari's love and her current state is just because of this. Even she want to have baby for all the wrong reasons, Thank god that she is not pregnant because any baby doesn't deserve this kind of family.

If you ask me, Who is responsible for Sona's miserable state at present? then my immediate reply will be she HERSELF. If she want any +ve change in her life then the first thing she need to do is stop dying for her MIL's conditional love. At least this much she can do after getting y'day's reality check. right? Then the next thing she need to do is setting her priorities right in her life and think about herself instead of pleasing everyone at Dixit home.

Every one is saying Dev doesn't had any growth in his character till now but what kind of growth Sona's character had till now? Dev's character doesn't have any growth because Sona turned herself from a Bose to a typical Dixit. Dev doesn't need another Dixit in his life, Dev's character will experience growth only when Sona revert back herself to Dr.Bose.

Even when she was Bose.Dev always escaped from situation.Be it dragging to tell his mom reg Sona N his relation.Dev need to open his eyes on Own.No one cannot help him in opening his eyes.Even if Sona turns to Dr.Bose.I feel Dev will be the same.If Sona leaves.He will be sulking n drinking.Will not have the guts to fight.

I have to agree with you that Sonakshi's position in the family today is only because of her. But it's her fears and her submissiveness that has resulted in this situation. Whether she choses to walk away and find her mettle or choses to stay back is entirely her choice. There are several ways of handling difficult situations. Her weakness is Dev. She should have realised his unwavering devotion to his mother,can act as a deterrent to a good marriage with Dev. I feel she was confident of people changing and expected certain deviations in behaviour in different setups. Let's wait for Ishwari's challenge /ultimatum to Dev before concluding Sonakshi's next move...

If Sonakshi is still incapable of seeing through her husband and mother in law and still craves for their love then I would say she is a masochist and deserves every humiliation that comes towards her.

Seriously hope Bijou tells her about Dev's behaviour and for once she is more concerned about her own parents respect as compared to someone else's.
