So this marks an end to this year of Kuch Rang. Last episode of 2016š
The first episode for the new year will begin on the doorsteps of the Almighty. What a good way to startššš¼
To start with the one who has made everything. The writers have beautifully added this parellel track of Dev's disbelief in God, Sonakshi's faith in her parent's faith and Ishwari taking his shelter.
All roads come to one place.
The episode was so heart touching! I loved the Devakshi scenes on so many levels today! It was complete. Yesterday there were many open ends to their conversation, rightly justified, which were sorted today.
Asha helps Sonakshi see the entire picture beyond her emotions. Sonakshi felt betrayed because Dev lied and like we discussed yesterday, she had built an invisible wall around her. ..Barring her vulnerabilities and even Dev could not enter the wall.
When Asha made Sonakshi realise that though Dev was very wrong, his intentions were very clear. To be with Sonakshi,
inspite of all odds.
Dev did know that Ishwari would be displeased about Sonakshi's medical condition and may not allow the marriage. Inspite of being aware of her mother's possible feelings and that she would be really hurt, he chose to hide it just because he could marry Sonakshi. He burried the secret deep in his heart, never intending to reveal.
When Sonakshi realised this, she instantly forgave him.
She says sorry to him and letting her emotions flow through her eyes, she shares how she would feel incomplete throughout her life.
I loved Dev's dialogues after thisš
"Miss Bose, Am I not enough for you batao?"
" Ye kaisi baatein kar rahi ho, tum koi incomplete nahi ho"
"You complete me"
"Mujhe koi bachche wachche nahi chahiye"
"Main tumhara Dev hu"
You won our hearts again, Devš¤ How effortlessly he made her feel loved and at ease, inspite of being broken himself.
He assures her that he is with her, no matter what. What else could a girl ask for?
All the little gestures like him making her drink water, sitting on the floor beside her and covering her lovingly with a blanket, when Sonakshi caresses her tummy and they both hold hands with tears in their eyes..waking up to look at her, worried and then asking her to go back to sleep some more...all these gestures spoke volumes about their bondā¤ļø

And then, when Sonakshi wants to rush to Ishwari, he says 'saath chalenge' It gives me immense satisfaction to see how these two are together in this time. This is what we all wanted to see.
Now, storms like Ishwari's disappointment would come as obstacles before them, but as long as they are together, their love would stand unshakeable.
How they still are back together after such a big turn of events in their life!
Ishwari will put some conditions before them, may even separate the two physically, who knows..but like Dev said,
"Bura waqt hai, guzar jayega"
