the whole episode was so emotionally packed the hug was cherry on the cake. dev was like he will hug her tightly nd everything gonna be perfectly fine. shaheer sheikh nd Erica fernandes did an amazing job.
the way sona said don't touch me mere paas mat aayiga. dev has already imagine the same thing when he got to know about sonakshi's condition

That hug was the highlight of the episode. Both Shaheer and Erica emoted that scene beautifully. Dev was scared of losing her again and wanted to tell that he love her. The way he was just not letting her go was so impactful. He wanted to hold her close and remove all the bad things that can happen to him and them. He wanted to be assured but Sona didn't hugged back. She was deeply hurt by the man she loved. It was her trust and love that has fallen. She wanted to go away from her husband and he was not letting her go. Amazing scene.
