Yes, I think you are right. Becoming a grandmother allowed her to see past her nsecurities to everything she has achieved in her life. That gave her the security to accept Sona from the bottom of her heart. I hope Ishwari's insecurity is put to rest, but I am not so confident that we have seen the last of it yet!
The whole conversation between Ish and Sona looked fake to me .Ish realizing everything at once and not only accepting Sona but keeping her above Dev is not something I cannot relate to .I could relate to insecure Ishwari but this sudden change in her attitude towards Sonakshi and Sonakshi's love towards Ish are hard to digest for me . both are trying very hard to love each other as I could not see a genuine bond between them .The bond they shared when she was nutritionist was far more convincing .
Ish never gave any of her daughters the position she gave Sonakshi .I would say it's unfair because those daughters have always been second to Dev and all of a sudden a DIL becoming more dear to her than Dev is hard to digest and for me it's not practical.I think Neha has every reason to be upset if this is really happening.
CVs should have shown a subtle transition instead of 180 turn .

Mind you it's only 10 episodes before its sonakshi's bday. I expect a sugar coated diabetes inducing episode for that dayI quite liked that conversation. But they need more of those.
Oh was there any article about Sonakshi's birthday ? I expect to see some genuine conversations between Ish and Sona where both openly talk about their feelings but I hope they keep it real .During infertility track I expect Ish to support Sona because as a women she understands the situation Sona is in but if they show them as mother daughter duo then it's hard to accept .
Lol...I actually expected today's episode to be a diabetic one but thank good it was not OTT

You know? For the first time, I really have no ideas about how they are going to take Ishwari's character forward. She has seen how happy Sona was at the news of being a mother, and I can't imagine the mother in her not sympathising with Sona's devastation when she hears the news about her chances of conceiving. After all, it was Sona's willingness and desire to be a mother that finally broke through Ishwari's insecurity, rather than her actually becoming a mother, though both of them happened simultaneously. We are all fans of Neha, hoping for her next big break in plot! I have been thinking for a while now that Sona's vulnerability might be just the ticket to soften Neha towards her. Neha seems to resent how resolutely happy Sona is, how little hardship she has seen in her life... and to an extent that can't be denied. It reminds me of a friendship in one of my favourite book series, Anne of Green Gables. In a later book, when the main character Anne is married, she makes friends with a woman, Leslie, who has had a very tragic life. Though she loves Anne, Leslie feels a barrier between them because Anne has never known real tragedy in her life. Later in the book, Anne has a stillborm child, and Leslie confesses that though she would have given anything for the baby to live, she now feels closer to Anne because they share that depth of experience. I would love to see something similar develop between Neha and Sona, and perhaps being hit across the head with the fact that Sona's life is not a bed of roses will help Neha be grateful for what she does have.
