Well I don't think Elena Changed Vicky but Vicky changed himself after seeing goodness and trust of Elena on him. In case of Dev, he knows everything, sees everything, feels everything but does not want to change anything. He likes the way things are now, with an insecure mother who disrespects his wife every moment but loves him immensely. Yes he knows it all.
