let's for a while think of only Dev and sona leaving out Ishwari , below will be the scenario

1. if the truth comes out, Sona will be broke, but her supportive family, will surely console her and force her to look for other options.

2. she will come to terms with her state and with the help of dev even think of options like surrogacy or adoption,

1. She can never come to terms with the state of sona.

2. she will start her new tantrums, there by inflicting more pain to sona and causing her to go on a guilt trip, breaking her self esteem.

3. she might force dev to remarry ( courtesy mamiji and her own whims to have a grand child. ) surely she can be a grand mom for any of her daughters' kids but they will not be a dixit waris.

so basically unless ishwari is satisfied, there is no way Dev and Sona can enjoy a blissful martial life. today too, when Ishwari said hamari sona, he was surprised and even questioned his mom about it.

hence is more worried that Ishwari should stay happy inorder for sona to remain happy. it is like a=b, b=c therefore a=c.
