Hi, I am Apoorva , a regular loyal viewer of the show.Just sharing my opinion about something.Just after today's episode , I wondered at the absurdity of what they were showing . After visiting IF , I realised that this loophole is being accounted for as stupidity.

But then , life is not always about logic or reality . Sonakshi and Dev , who knows the bitter truth , have spent a lot of time dreaming about their future, their kids. And if something is turning out good for them , you wouldn't try to deconstruct it .Atleast not immediately

Just as an example , imagine this exam you did really bad in , but you really wanted to clear it. When someone tells you that you've actually cleared it , will you feel happy or check how you go through? Or as an educated adult analyze the situation? A normal person will just be ecstatic , as is Sonakshi. The CVs were not thinking of this though😆

I also believe in the philosophy that life is not only about Logic or analysis but is mostly driven by emotions. Infact, I always tend to give higher importance to my gut feeling than logic while taking decisions.

While I understand how Sonakshi is too ecstatic and overwhelmed to go for a simple test for confirmation, I still think it was absurd or stupid on her part, specially being related to the Medical field where these reports make or break the treatment plan of action, to actually let this spread so quickly. I mean, her parents, all the extended family everyone already knows about the pregnancy, based on some vague symptoms, but she did not think of confirming it.

How she is so sure of it is what is irksome. Only we viewers and Dev know that she has some problems that is why we are even more worrried, but had it been a normal case too, Getting to know that you are not pregnant when the entire family has literally started celebrating, dancing and what not..must be hell depressing and disappointing.

@saumiee That's true ! Letting the news spread was the real letdown , not the fact that she was a carefree happy

You made a good point. I think the reason most viewers are finding it weird is because to borrow from your very valid example, you might be ecstatically happy if someone says you have cleared the exam but will you announce it to all your family, friends and relatives or apply for jobs until you get the marksheet in your hand?

That's our point. By all means, be ecstatic, have private happiness but wait until the news is confirmed to start celebrating. Otherwise it raises unnecessary hope and might cause heartbreak.

Sonakshi is a doctor so false alarm is not a foreign concept for her.

but Sonakshi knows nothing of this exam (her infertility). and there has been nooo efforts at trying to conceive and failing or dealing with loss of a pregnancy for her. Acting stupid... is no excuse! and for makers to pretend that she is not a doctor.. is total for TRP drama! it would have appeared normal, if she agreed to all with Ishwari to keep her happy, but quickly did a home pregnancy test or tried to calculate her menstrual cycle, at the very least!

@everyone : this stupidity is the only way ishwari could be shown loving her as a daughter , that's why there is a trp vs story thing .I totally agree regd the rest

And then the menstrual cycle and test are still taboo topics. From centuries mangoes and imli are the only way the woman herself knows she is pregnant , even if she happens to be a gynec😆😉
