I thought the same ...after seeing the scenes...even the romance betwn Sona and Dev are so lifeless in yesterdays episode...I only saw that part ...but didnt enjoy it at all ..even the Kachori track...that flow is kind of lost...

But then Shaheer and Erica pulls it off because of their acting capability , I dont think it is because of the script.

I do not think that Dujoy is that great a person too. He gave some really terrible scripts in KRPKAB too. i think all it needs is good common sense.. that is all. this "matter of convenience" type of situations need to go.. the natural flow of scenes is terribly missing. According to me Durjoy is Mr Terrible Dutta with a very twisted mind..

Yes, they need to show more romance between Dev and Sona.. and tie up so many lose ends, starting with Neha... she is so damn irritating.. i am surprised that Chesta has not opened out.. i am sure she will be squirming about her role.. she has been reduced to a tun-tun kind of character...I am also surprised as to why Prerna too has not opened out.. her character seems to have gone through re-birth.. even before marriage she has become like Sona after marriage.. quiet and docile.

I too feel the same way I have seen bits of his earlier show he is not as great as people think no offence to anyone just my pov 😊

While I definitely am not saying he is the greatest writer out there, he seems to know his way around the romance pulse. I have never watched any of his previous shows not have I read his books but I love KRPKAB and the trendy way the romance was shown in the earlier episodes.

To me personally, we had two other tracks that are as bad as the current one...and I don't know who wrote them.

1. Ishwari cooking and coughing around the kerosine stove

2. Dadi bua and SR postponement drama

And right now, it is downhill slide with not only the entire Ishwari insecurity theme being repeated (We have already seen all her insecuties once before the breakup) and they have made it worse by butchering Dev's character.

So we need a saviour...whether it is Durjoy or some other capable writer...we need the person asap.

Agree. There are so many extremely, repeat, extremely creative folks in this forum.. All the PH needs to do is throw out the current lot and pick up 5 to 6 from this forum, who i am sure will be willing to work for free.. all they need is some adulation and recognition so that they become famous and then children of lessor god, like me, can run to them for their autographs.

I wonder if there will be any takers here in this Forum or if the PH and channel will take it up. That way we can have KRPKAB run a little longer.. because as it is going on, i can predict the end in the next 6 to 8 weeks.. And i do not want that to happen. So creatives in this forum must volunteer and send in their willingness to mamta and yash.. 😊😊

BTW, what we are seeing in KRPKAB is also being repeated in Beyhadd.. so much of promotion, such a touted star cast, big budget.. and see where it is heading.. to the pits.. TRP of 0.7 and audience cribs have already started.. Channels and production houses should wake up to the reality that the audience has grown ( if not Dev and Ishawari) and are more discerning, more demanding, and less accommodating.
