Definitely... Sona was hurt and without the right counselling would have done something which she may have come to regret later. Which is where I always felt mamaji fell short.

Her mother is not only a good judge of character but also knows how to guide her children. She knew Sona was hurt not angry. And she helped Sonakshi channelise her energies correctly.

I wish Dev had such a mentor in life too.

Why family didnt tell her abt the plan(i think sona not telling abt the plan ia not a big deal as it was just sona dev plan and family was not involved . But when entire family was involved in ishwaris plan why was sona not told is a bigger question and ofcouse why dev couldnt come and pick her up and why they couldnt wait for her to cut the cake ... All are very correct and sensible questions .. But this would have put everyone in a sad mood and would have spoiled devs birthday... Atleast until everyone explained and apologized to sona for their excluding her from plan ..

But since Sona called aasha - she made her see a different pov.. That she has to share dev with others and all hernplans may not always work out etc... "I would say again telling is different from doing".. Aasha made her see the othe pov which could remove hurt from sona and sona embraced it.. It is a choice that sona made- to be happy and spread happiness on this occasion .

If only consultation with a sensible person could make one act sensible then dev , neha , ishwari, bijoy and gkb all would have been sensible by now... It is a choice and the person has to make a choice that is not selfish but something that would spread positivity..

So yes asha showed sona the way but it was sona who took the path and travelled on it and succeeded because she believed in it..

So it is not just asha bose all the way.. It is asha- sona all the way

well said Lavanya.. it is a combination ... after Sona makes the first right step.. calling the only really cool person in KRPKAB.. Mrs Asha Bose.. happy are those children who have a mother like her.

Yesterday was Sonakshi's day. She converted her heart break into her triumph by being cool and forgiving,. She enjoyed the party mingled with the family and assured Iswari that she is not at fault.

Had she not stopped the car and called up Asha Bose It would have been a different scenario at Iswari Nivas. Sona was totally shaken and disturbed till she made the call. She even checked with the driver about Dev which I found a little bit odd . But Asha's sensible words made her look ar the picture from a different perspective.

Asha made Sona realise that Dev will equally feel bad for what had happened with their plan.
I am happy Asha presented the perfect picture which Sona would never have been able to look into.
Sona's line to Asha Kuch Theek Nahi hai maa proves the fact that she was deeply hurt of the situation and the man in question who was the reason behind it.

If Sona did not call up her mother she would have ended up confronting Dev and Iswari for everything. She would have reacted just like Bijoy Bose, there is no doubt about it.Ofcourse she has every right to do so as she is the one who faced the unpleasant happenings.

Sona just followed her mother's word and reaped the result. Both Dev and Iswari thanked her for being so considerate and noble.

Sona by nature is not afraid to say what she wants. She continued her argument with Dev even when Iswari stood there during Dev's training fiasco. I disagree with those who hailed her that she won't expose herself when others are around. It is not her nature.

So I feel Asha's sensibilities are at work yesterday. She saved the birthday boy from his otherwise fierce Sonakshi Bose. I hail Asha Bose for her good councilling. Continue your good work Mrs. Bose.

Well said! Asha is good example for an adult, a responsible mother and absolutely shows her maturity. Sona (like Neha, Riya and Niki) is only young and constantly needs guidance and support. I only wish Ishwari and Mamiji, who Sona lives with now, are able to be that support network for her. But that is the whole challenge isn't it?!

In a class of 100 plus students at the university, taught by one of the world's most brilliant professors, not everyone performs brilliantly. There are always those students who grasp that knowledge better, apply it with well rounded thinking and walk away with honours, make the dean's list and there will be that one student who will be rewarded with the medal/special mention for coming out at the very top.

Asha Bose is no doubt thaat brilliant professor but if it wasn't for Sona and her ability to grasp the right meaning and apply it to her life given the situation she faced and the scenario she witnessed when she walked into the house...that scene would have been the recipe for disaster. Sona emerged victorious because she applied the merits of what her mother taught.

Lets give people due where it is required. Sona's victory (her goodness) does not undermine Dev and Ishwari. Only their actions do.
