I would give the follwing

Sona - Gandhi jee . Tum ek thappd Maro to mein dusra gaal aage kar dunga. Eventually, she will succeed in throwing the British away .

Ishwari - kaikai (ramayan ) jaise tantrums lekin British who are ruling India but will eventually get out

Mamajee - Narad muni idhar kee baat udhar , naryan narayan

Ranveer- sudama

Neha - kishore kumar ke dard blare geeto kee CD. She is never happy and always upset 😆

Nikki - Aliya Bhatt - totally clueless

rhea - silent movie, sees everything but keeps quiet

Mami - ekta kapoor kee vamp jo galti se galat set per aa gayi hai

Asha Maa- mother India - Maa ho toh aisee

Saurabh- Ganesh jee

Dadi - Sondesh ( kitnee sweet hain naa )

Bijoy - subhash chandra Bose.hates British but does not like Gandhian way as well

Dev - India that is ruled by British ( Ishwari) at this time but soon gandhi jee( Sona) will bring freedom

Ishwari - Putna.. she came to baby Krishna as beautiful sweet mother who tried to kill him with poison. but baby krishna survived and actually Putna was killed by her own poison.

Maami - Manthara - the maid who instigated Kaikai

Dev - Ram.. flawed, although good. wife came secondary. listened to parents and others.

Sona - Savitri.. i think she will eventually give life back to Dev from the clutches of Yamraj (Ishwari)

Neha - Kali.. she doesnt know the goodness within her. we have seen her sacrifices, her turmoil, her strength, her revelations (or glimpses of) true love & happiness. I am still holding hope that she will be the one to eventually fix or destroy Ishwari.

strange, this post comes in at the time i was thinking of shaheer in general

In my POV - Dev ( shaheer who acted as Arjun ) is like Karn in Mahabharat ( his arch rival) who was virtuous by nature , but because of his feeling of gratitude to Dhuryodhan supported him until he lost his life. karn was guilty but never for once left the side of Dhuryodhan,

similarly coming to Asha maa issue, Dev too knows a that he is hopelessly doing wrong but because of his feeling for Ishwari will try to please her at any cost. he will forever be guilty of it.
