I hope I am proven wrong on this, but going with the past experience, I think when the infertility track would come, Dev would be more sorry for Ishwari as she could not get her pota-poti than being sorry for Sona. He will go and apologize to Ishwari as how he failed as a son n forget about how he failed as a husband like always.
