I feel there is much more than the word MAA itself to Ishwari's problem.She has major issues with Dev building relations, finding happiness and comfort outside his Mom's pallu than calling Asha MAA .

Ishwari's main problem will not get resolved even if Dev calls Asha with any other name as Mummy,Mom, Mata or Maate ...

Whenever she sees him making fun with Asha or feeding her with his hands...she will feel jealous and insecure.

That is not the point that people are so angry ! He himself started calling them Maa and baba to show his nest step in the relationship when they were about to get married and now planning to revert it back. There are several couples who address their parents and the inlaws differently and that is totally fine but calling them Maa and baba one day and then changing it later is not good.

I don't think her prob is with Dev calling Asha "maa". Her issue is Dev's love and attention to another mother coupled with the fear and insecurity of losing him (GKB's input). Further down I think this may happen in the show as usually GKB's opinions are shown to be fulfilled in this show (Eg: Neha's divorce/marital issues).

Yes I also think that the scene is not complete today we will see what happens. But dev lost respect from us😡

its not about calling maa yaar. its giving respect and he insulted asha. it doesn't matter what he calls now the damage is done. i just hope sona call ishwari as auntyji ya dev ki maa ji. after this ishwari don't deserve sona calling her maa.
