Seriously Doctor 🤣 Dev has again proved how typical he is as a husband/boyfriend and that he doesnt deserve evn 10% of Sona.. Somehow Sona too is responsible for this downfall of Dev.. Respect and rights cant be given it has to be earned.. Sona is happy being the doormat of a typical male chauvinistic MCP Dev (since I cant tell the full form of P for Dev here 😆 ).. why should we bother 😎 ..

Awww Dev is again going to be rewarded for his MCPness by Miss. Khargosh blah blah..

The answer to your question - cant Dev recognize his mom's expression when it comes to his lovely wife Sona , is Yes, he can !! Then why is he not acknowledging it ?? Answer to that will be he can't accept the fact that his mom doesn't like his wife...so why he does he ignore...In this case for Dev, "Ignorance is a bliss "!!

Why does he ignore the obvious ?? Sometimes we find it difficult to face the fact because the fact might bring in so much of pain that we might not be able to handle or even accept. So, we tend to create an emotional mechanism through which we choose to remain oblivious of the situation. This can be done consciously or un consciously. We might know abt the situation, or we might get a hint and we get to know abt it too...even then we choose to ignore because that ignorance ,tells us that it is better not to know abt the situation and this attitude in a person is referred to as "Willful Blindness".

Dev , had a very tough childhood. It took a lot of effort and pain to be who he is today. But we need to understand that while he succeeded in his life , the guidance he got was not enough for him . The path he chose was his own. So there are a lot of flaws in him. The goodness that exist in him is thru his mom's teachings which is very patriarchal in nature.

When I think of Dev , for me he is like a diamond...diamonds are created under great pressure..like the saying goes uncut diamond has great shining qualities under the rough exterior. All needs to be done is lil bit of polishing and then you will start seeing him as the brightest diamond ever. With time Sona will be able to help him to reach there...

PS : I am sure that day isnt far when we get to see the real Dev...we have already started seeing changes ...😳😉

Here's the best Awww moment for me...
Dev told Sona to stay out of his family's business and then after reading his letter he said, "You are not outsider. You are my wife, a part of this family." Awww... cho chweet.

So basically translating Dev's statement here's what I get.

"Sona, my darling, you are my wife, a part of this family. I love you so much that I miss you every moment. BUT, please read the disclaimer below.

1. Just don't open your mouth and express any opinion (We don't need it. Family matter, you see)

2. Just do as you are told and you will continue to be the love of my life (Isn't that wonderful?)

3. If you are feeling like an outsider it's because you are stepping over your boundary and actually thinking that you have any say in anything (Really, how can I make you understand. May be an example will help)

It's like when we consider our helps and our pets as part of our family.

They are there, they are treated decently, they are fed and taken care off.

But do they interfere in family matters? No.

Do we share or discuss anything with them? No.

Can you name any other family member who is treated like you and asked to stay out of family business? No.

So what did we learn today? Yes, your comparison should not be with Maa, Neha, Mama, Mami or even Vicky, Riya or Nikki. Your status is to be compared with Kichu bhaiya.

Mimic him and you will continue to be my wife, part of my family and a true life partner in YOUR IMAGINATION!!! (There I said it)"
