My prediction about Saurav is that Saurav will be accused of cheating and fraud.

if you have noticed that his cheques bounced. I sure the party would accuse and Saurav of cheating and fraud.

Recovery agents have already come for recovery the money.

No he won't land in Jail. He borrowed money to pay for the event management company who was given the cheque that bounced. Now Bijoy have given the money to pay them back. He needs money for new venture. No idea if it is going to land him in trouble. I really hope he learned his lesson.
