Ishwari is fighting a lost battle

I have to accept that I am one of the biggest bashes of Ishwari's character! I make a lot of fun about her behavior but I used to like her in first 100 episodes. Till the puja epidsode, I used to find her as a rational person who was a little possesive about her son but now a days I am feeling that she has become a pathetic loser. I am hating her two faced behavior, her lies , her manipulations , her jealousy and simply being an irritating person who knocks at the newly wed's room at odd hours. Have the CVS butchered the character ? I don't even understand her end game? Does she want Sona out of Dev's life again or does she want to keep the newlyweds from consummating? They already snuck out and did the deed so what's is the point now? Does she just want to create unpleasant situations all the time so no one is ever happy? Why put in so much effort in all this negativity? What does she want the couple to do? Be sad and fight all the time?
She does not know about the infertility issues so what does she think about her grand kids? Dev is going to love his kids and his attention will then be divided. What is the grandma going to do then? It is not like that Dev and Sona are not accommodating her in their new life so why this insecurity?
For example, even if she stops the HM trip now, would the couple never ever go on a vacation? she can deceive them once or twice but they will not fall for it again. For example, Sona was very adamant to feed Dev on the second night after Ishwari sent her to her room once.

Yes ! Normally when there is an issue between the MiL and DIl , there is a reason for it. For example, the boy's financial responsibilities, DIL's behavior past affairs etc. , but here they don't have any financial problems. Sona is an understanding girl who is trying to learn new stuff. She has been shown to be very respectful and accommodating and gets along very well with other family members. She is trying to learn cooking also . What does Ishwari want with spoiling all these small moments of everyone's life. I understand that her past was quite painful but how long is she going to be stuck in the past? What is the purpose of all this when she herself begged Sona to get married to Dev. Once they are married, her attempts to keep them apart are plain pathetic and silly.

Its plain and simple, she gave the toy Dev cried for. Now she wants her son back to what he was before. Only talking to her, taking her blessing, getting fed by her, taking her for shopping. Ignoring all the rest of family her Dixit house. Ishwari gets jealous of seeing Dev with Sona, so Dev must stay forever away from Sona. Ishwari should be able to enter his room and arrange his clothes like before. Guess these are never going to happen again and she is pissed. She even didn't like that Dev for once sat for puja and prayed to God.
In short lady needs to find some other job, or perhaps Khatri has to find her, high time, please Mr. Khatri come and take this lady away.

This is no MIL-DIL deal, but a psycho lady mad after every girl who comes near Dev, be it Sona, Neha Riya or Nikki. You see she gets annoyed and upset even with her daughters If they get too friendly with Dev, so it has nothing to do with Sona being DIL. I say Natasha was lucky to be out of this mess. That girl has no clue her sanity was saved by not marrying into this crazy mata's family.

Its not just about sharing his love with some one...its about not sharing anything abt him or to do with him...everything that is associated with his has to be in her control...even his decisions/likes/dislikes etc...he is like a bonded labourer in that house...there is nothing that he can say is "HIS" other than Sona and her love. Rest all belongs to Ishwari !! ( Earned by Dev her bonded labourer )

She wants things to be just like before... Not understanding and realizing that life is not the same for him .. It's s new chapter now! He has responsibilities towards his wife as well! Not just his mother, his happiness according to her is that he should work and fulfill his duties that she wishes !!!

Even Sona is a toy she gave him because she knew that would make him happy and indirectly it's from his mom so all credit goes to her...

Sona will understand all this and help her realize that she's not a toy, but is his patner .. His wife and is a part of life as well!

Its not just insecurity or jealousy that is making ishwari do this. Dev loving anyone beside her is an alien thought becoz for her she still don't know the depth of dev's love for sona. For ishwari sona was never supposed to be family just like riya and Nikki she too will just exist in dixit house without any say and things will be back to normal as before. But since dev got married all opposite things are happening, he is in a happy bubble with sona, discuss things with her, have separate life outside the family and this is something which is not going down well with ishu. As for always creating obstacles in small moments, I think she keeps on creating barriers or obstacles becoz she further fears that if there plan comes true then further dev will get involved in his world with sona and eventually forget this family altogether becoz she too knows that dev's life of burden is a ticking bomb which will eventually explode
