Sr Mr Dixit and Ishwari's life insurance and family planning

We have seen that Ishwari took care of the family after Dev's dad passed away at a young age. She did odd jobs and the family lived in extreme poverty because she was not educated.

Nothing about Mr. Senior Dixit have been shown so far except that even if they were poor the family was happy and content. So difficult to comment on the question.😃

So Ishwari sent Dev on a guilt trip again to cancel his HM plans ! How she had to use all the money on his fees and a Neha had to take care of the young kids. My question again is while Ishwari and her husband were busy having fun and making babies without any financial planning or plan B in place, shouldn't she feel an ounce of guilt herself before enjoying all the luxuries and acting as a diva in front of her kids and brother? Why couldn't she shower any love at Neha ? Why does not she wait for Neha to eat at nights ? A mother's love is unlimited so why was she rationing it ? She got rid of Neha as soon as she found a boy and never even invited his family even for a meal once they got married.
