I am bong. So I don't do Karwa Chauth. Besides, I will probably kill my husband if I have to fast all day because of him. So it defeats the purpose of keeping a vrat for his long life. LOL...

dear tia,i appreciate you for bashing dev. you have ur own set of reasons to feel that sona is being treated unfairly and dev is a moron. glad to hear that u take criticism positively., a few questions for u to ponder my dear

1. why does being docile always equate to having no self respect?

2.is it essential that we need to focus only on the way we r being treated in a relationship to judge the worthinesss of it?

3.does our idea of healthy relationship match tooth to tooth with our partner?

agree krpkab is fiction but the same does happen in real life too. who takes how much of a crap before calling it quits really depends upon the 2 individuals who share the relationship. its for them to evaluate the worthiness of being in relationship as against taking taunts and insults. as a 3rd party we are in no position to comment even if it were our own blood who is being mistreated. i see u have a very strong opinion abt husband matter and u cherish ur husband. but dear lady this does not mean that any guy who deviates from ur rule book of husband is not worthy to be called one. life is bigger , what essentially is a matter of self respect for u could be trivial for someone else.

ha ha. i fast and did it yesterday. hindu holidays r crazy with date changes every years. half did yesterday half today. hubby keeps it with me for me.. so cant complain we call it our Indian valentines!

In my view she was more despo to get married (partly I blame Asha for this too) then remember the past she had with Ishwari or Dev where one openly taunted (her n her family) or clearly showed non-acceptance of her being a possible dixit bahu while the other never stood for her in front of his mother or any of the family member.
So If one doesn't learn from the past, one is bound to fall into a ditch. Exactly what has happened with Sona.
