Dev should have been sent to a marrige counsellor before marriage.. to be taught the A.B.C D's of marriage.. Being in love is one thing, being married is altogether different. With it comes more responsibility, more sensitivity, especially if a man has married a person who is not just disliked by his family, but more, despised by his family members.

i felt dev absolutely insensitive today.. maybe in the next episode he will be better.. i suspect that Dev , the character, is conforming to a true sun-sign "geminian" - one who can love intensely, caring, but at the same time absolutely unpredictable. One episode sweet, one episode sour, one episode adorable, another episode hateful... Gosh... this pendulum keeps swinging...

Thanks for agreeing with "doctor". You make it sound like an abuse but thanks anyway 😆

Agreed with ur statement dev is a moroon ...300%
Seriously how many times he promises and how many times he breaks and this time it was such a stupid decision of giving the promotion to Vicky
Sona wil surely forgive him today.. 😡

Brilliant topic! U have the guts to call him a moron, I was thinking the same but couldnt create that topic bc thought it might hurt dev's fans feelings, I m myself love dev but currently he s being so selfish that he s not trying to make this relationship work. Everyday he s fighting with sona for other people. And on the other hand sona s trying to sort out the differences between them before they become bigger but she s so naive that keeps falling onto ishwari's trap everytime. I seriously hope she realizes ish real intentions and try to save her marriage. The way he spoke to sona today was very realistic, it actually happens when husband and wife r angry with each other and one tries to talk it out then the other one shrugges it off very inhumanly and makes the other one feel lifeless. It's very painful and feels like as if it will never end but then love s so powerful that u tend to forget it and move on.[/QUOTE
Hey! Thanks for the reply. I agree with whatever you said about Sona. Tia mentioned some great points about why Sona has turned into this forgiving person who doesn't stand up for herself anymore. That post makes so much sense. Read, if possible.

And hey! This is an open forum, we can express whatever we feel. Don't be scared of people, whatever you say someone's definitely gonna object, that should not keep us from expressing our views. Hope to see a post from you 😃

Ishwari knew this and used it.

But is this all Sonakshi fault? Didn't Dev always gave her the indication that she is in this house only because of Ishwari's kindness and it is much more important to keep Ishwari happy as compared to Dev.

The only thing that can be said said in defence of Dev is that he had no male role model in his life except mamaji who instead of correcting his vulgar wife made a career of mocking her. What Dev doesn't understand is 1.GKB is shameless Sona is not. 2. GKB and mamaji belong to another generation.

He also doesn't have any male friends courtesy Ishwari. So the learning curve for him is going to be long. In any family the eldest brother's wife suffers the most by the MIL. the younger brothers have learnt the lesson by the time of their marriage.

In such a scenario it is Sona who has to act firm and smart. Instead of molly coddling him she should have made him the realise his grave error in sleeping on the sofa. One can't be forgiving all the time.

Further it's high Time she realises Ishwari's game and consummates her marriage else she will be causing irreparable damage to her relationship.

Okay I'm not a married woman.
And I look forward to your replies because they give me a different perspective.

Now tell me, consummating is that important in a marriage? IS it that people who're sexually frustrated forget about the love and affection they had for their partner and make them the target for venting out their frustration?

Also, can someone who has been the object of insults, jibes, anger and so much more, think of consummation? Sona has been burdened with these unending rituals and fasts and insults, can she even think about intimacy with Dev? And Dev keeps fighting with her every alternate day, mood kaise banega?

When did this happen? I don't get time to check other posts.

Anyway, whoever said this must be living in the delusional bubble of Dev and Sona sitting on a tree and K-I-S-S-I-N-G 😆 Kids these days!

In most of the posts I have read which are in "favour" of the show have tagged the "negative" - (sarcastic, exaggerated) post the BOLD.
Rather not were - still are being called that.

That's the thing about truth, it's a bitter pill to swallow. That's why people prefer being in the delusional world.
