Let's give dev some time to ponder on their conversation. How about couple of days since he is an Adult and not a child. Do you think he can figure out that he is being manipulated?

If yes, then he is plain stupid for not confronting his mother.
If No, then Dumb would be the right word for him.

😊 thank u. Arre im not fighting baba... . well with seeing this today... I am willing to give him a chance.. . It was the first instance he got to see his mom being the not so good devi.. He has always taken her to be .. Lol. I hope he Wil realise otherwise well its OK for him to be in the condition he is since he has chosen this himself.

But that doesn't change the fact that he's dumb. He actually believed whatever Ishwari said, even after knowing how much she dislikes Sonakshi. Yes he.didn't say anything but that doesn't mean he believed her...his face and his body language said that he is so heartbroken by what her mother did atleast first time in his life, he questions ishwari and this small things really shocked ishwari.

I agree I felt very bad for Dev in today's episode, specially the last segment was heartbreaking.

Dev understood his mother's lies, but nobody has taught him how to call upon the actions of his mother 🤔 He had to digest all jibes silently because that's all he has been taught to do. But his emotional distraught was so painful 😒 When will Dev turn back to Ishwari and show her his tears ? 😔

He was made a fool by his mother only. The worst kind. that sham excuse of an explanation she made was so below the belt.

Bold- Ishwari knows that somewhere she's responsible for the breakup but she pretends as if she knows nothing. When Sonakshi confronted her, she straightaway told Ishwari that she got what she wanted still Ishwari denied her involvement. She's nothing but delusional. It's not rocket science to connect the dots. Dev-Sona were happy, she popped pills, next day they broke up. What is so complicated here? Nothing. But Ishwari will never accept that she was at fault and Dev, as always, doesn't have the guts to talk to her.

Bold- Do all moms manipulate their children for their own selfish reasons? I don't think so. Yes parents manipulate their children but with a good intention. But in this case Ishwari is manipulating him for her own selfish reasons. Is she realizing that her son is in immense pain because of her lies and manipulation?

I don't know how you can take this so lightly but I can't. I think that everyone has a saturation point, a point after which we have to, have to say things that we were holding inside. Dev should have reached that saturation point by now or so I thought because of the way he followed Sona and talked to Ritwik. Ishwari has tagged his love as a mistake which he corrected before things got worse, she has angrily questioned him about his calls to Sona, she has starightaway asked him to stay away from Sona, she has time again told him how Sona was not the right choice for him and he has listened to it all. Now seeing his lovely mother fixing an alliance for his love should have been the trigger, shouldn't he at least question her about her problems towards Sona? Isf he can't do that then he's dumb.

He couldn't listen a single word against his mother when Sona said it, reacted immediately at the mention of his mother but when it comes to Sonakshi, he's all ears, he has heard so much from his mother still refuses to confront her. Isn't that dumb?

All I'm saying is that it's good that he took a step but too late too little. It's not good enough.

please, all moms do not Manipulate theirs kids to the point where it is considered emotional abuse. Ishwari's manipulations and games have mentally scarred dev. moms do manipulate children but not to harm them to this extent. ishwari is a psycho, so lets not lump her with all moms
